Beautiful and clean room with an excellent location which would normally earn a high rating. Unfortunately the window shutters on the outside of the Windows were outrageously loud all night. The rattling was frequent although somewhat intermittent, but it was loud enough to wake you on and off throughout what seemed like a very very long night. Everything else here was first rate, so this was a real shame but I just had to weigh in and let folks know.

The room is just very basic and small. There is no AC, so you either open the windows and deal with the constant noises from the outside, or close the windows endure the heat and stuffiness. We did ask for a fan for the second night, and they were very fast in making that accommodation, which we really appreciated. If you are noise sensitive, I would think twice before booking this hotel. People were out late and talking very loudly/playing music throughout the night. Because of its location and the way city walls, all the sound bounces back so it becomes incredibly loud.

Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast poor. Not great selection particularly if you eat later. One person only works in hotel so a bit ‘stretched’ with customer service. Great location close to main Camino route, shirt walk into main town, historic park just opposite.

Good location , just a block off of the Camino . East walk to the heart of the centre . Only negative was I could get the water hot for a shower in the morning ( worked great the afternoon before ).

A great location for the running with the bulls festival. However, there is no AC and it was very hot!! No fridge in room and no ice was available making it very difficult to cool down.

Immaculately updated place in a historical building. The area is quiet, but it is only steps away to everywhere of interest: the street with a ton of bar/restaurants is about 5 minutes walk, and the main square with cafe iruna is about 10 minute walk. The Navarra museum is also 5 minutes walk away. The hotel is practically sitting on the city wall, at a square with sweeping views of Pamplona new town. The room was super clean, powerful A/C, and super fast Wifi. The staff were friendly. They close at night, but will give you instructions on how to get in at all hours.

Freundliches Personal, auch der nächtliche Check-in ohne besetzte Rezeption hat hervorragend geklappt.
Gutes Frühstück.
Bad leicht verstaubt.
