The staff at this hotel are fantastic and really helpful I had a bit of issues with the WiFi. The hotel is not in a close proximity to much and the taxi system is not efficient meaning that getting around is really hard. You can only use GoaMiles which doesn’t have ***y drivers in this area, alternatively you can use more expensive taxis. Based on this, I would not recommend this hotel based on ease of getting around and proximity.

Not a good place, very far from the city, damp rooms, stayed there for 2 nights it was a worst decision of my life o food options, no i house bar, no pool, it's a nightmare in the name of hotel I would not recommend this to people coming for a vacation

Our stay was great. Excellent hospitality by Rabi Sharma and his team. The Food quality and service was great. Over all experience was excellent. We would love to visit again and recommend others too. Special thanks to Rabi for suggestions about places to visit in Goa and his kind hospitality.

We vistited this hotel the last month. The staff were very helpful and provided quality sevice. The rooms were clean and with comfortable beds. Will recommend this hotel for everyone planning to travel to goa.The restaurant ***ager by the name Rabi was a perfect gentle*** who used to take lot of care of us and also other guests.We found his service to be outstanding.👍👏🙂🙂

Hotel elevators door opening/closing and moving up/ down very much slow. We was check in dtd 15 april with in 2-3 hours room celling water linkage by drainage, AC outlet, pipping bad smelling and room due to linkage room floor like drainage/ river by dark water. In bathroom most of all taps and showers flowing very much slow. That out side bathroom door closed locked that door, must need to calling log for open it. Now that most of problems requested, informed, follow ups, registered complaint in writing, by email. Nobody promptly responsible for that all problems. Yes only promptly about booking payments, collecting money only for booking. No body interested about all that problems. Yes Gym at 7th floor, air-conditioned not working, and not install fan. Location of hotel Miramar very much interior, hotel cab charges very much higher than should be...Yes room charges higher than quality and nobody taken care about guests requests, problems. We are not on vacation for this kind of requesting, follow ups and not for complaining because we are on vacation for leisure not for difficulties suffered. The Fern Residency working one sided for problems.

We stayed at The Fern Residency for 4 nights in September 2023.It was a worthwhile experience. Location also very close to the Miramar riverside promenade. Hotel is just 6 minutes from the beach. Our special thanks to Ms Varsha and Mr Kumar at the reception for taking care of the check in via phone as we were arriving late. All formalities were done prior to reaching so we didn't have to wait. Very cordial staff behaviour and they were very helpful. The hotel architecture is very vintage and rooms are furnished with age old teak wood furniture and spanish stone tiles washroom amenities though are very up-to-date and good functioning.Typical Portuguese decor. A haven for culture loving people. Special thanks to Mr Ravi and the restaurant staff for providing very tasty yet super quality food.

Amazing staff, excellent hospitality,Mr kumar from Front desk was very good & Ravi from the f & b was very honest... We will visit again... Food was great, viwe was amazing, rooms were clean , restaurant was near by, thank you

Extremely unfriendly hotel. You can’t have a worst front office experience than this hotel. No courtesy. Short on staff. They don’t know how to print a proper bill. Lack of payment options. No food option after 10 pm. Staff is worst. Looks completely untrained. Lift doesn’t work. It took me 15 minutes to checkout and finally leave without a bill. Rooms just ok. Breakfast option limited. If you don’t get reservation anywhere then only come to this hotel. High chances you will have a horrible experience. AVOID this hotel.

Best place to stay at affordable prices. Hotel staff is very polite and helpful. Restaurant ***ager Mr.Ravi and Chef Sanjeev ji took special care of our food related requirements.They prepared very delicious non onion non garlic food for us and served with smile.House keeping staff is also very nice especially Surya .in short they made us feel like home. A big thanks to all the staff.
