Front desk staff were amazing… close to the beach and everything. Housekeeping could do a better job, we bought bleach cleaner to clean the kitchen and bathroom area ourself. There is no daily housekeeping. Very nice stay for the money.

The shower had great pressure. Room was ready early and we were able to check in 1 hour early. Room was not clean when we arrived. Floor was visibly dirty. Toilet and tub had hair. Bathroom sink was dirty. Refrigerator whad spills down the door. Balcony had sand and shells on the floor. No hair dryer. No remote for second tv. Got it right after the third. Not on thermostat "DO NOT TOUCH". Had it not been booked third party i would had gotten my money back. We checked the beds and cleaned the rest. I am very disappointed. Hard to say if i will ever book through a third party again and i will never stay at a "by the sea" again

The room was dirty. No toilet paper. Had to walk next door across parking lot to get some. No check-in desk. Had to walk next door. Had to pay for ice. The pool had broken glass both on deck and in the pool. Would not recommend this dirty outdated hotel to anyone.

Our stay here wasn’t at all what i expected, we had to check in at the hotel next door, wait over an hour and then not even have keys for our room yet. Once we got our room everything seemed fine but a couple lights by the bed wouldn’t turn on, the shower curtain is missing, and they didn’t fully clean the bathroom cause someone else’s clothes were left in the floor behind the bathroom door…really disappointed overall.

Very old and outdated microwave had rust all inside on the door stove was rusted around. The toilet was yellow stained caulk brought food and would not even use the kitchen area to cook. Had to go out. It was so bad.

Me and my husband have been staying here since 2017 the property has gone down hill ! We wait 2 hours for the room to get cleaned only to have sand still in the bed with no towels or wash clothes . Lisa was HIGH as a kite checking me in so much so she triple charged me I will be email in g Peter the property manager about my discrepancy because this place is near and dear to our hearts and I would hate to see it fall apart

Perfect location and easy access, however there’s no counter top area in the bathroom- only a sink and very small shelf and when we arrived there were no trash bags or extra toilet paper. Clean place but building needs updated..

The room was not clean at all. The appliances are old and rusted. We got a kitchenette to eat meals inside the room if need be. There was no table to sit and eat. We used the microwave due to being scared to use the stove/oven. We had to buy cleaning supplies as the counters and inside of the fridge were filthy. On top of all this, we had to wait an hour and 25 minutes to check in. Once we got to checkin, iur first set of keys did not work. The ice machine was broken. The vending machine was not accepting my coins and if you wanted laundry/vending/ice, you were told to go the property next door. I needed a trash bag and was told to go next door. For spring break, it might be a fantastic property, but definitely not for a family vacation. We also had no room service/towel refresh for 5 days. We were given a used roll of toulet paper a d dish soap for a family of 4.

Check in was at 4 we were told they were still cleaning the room and it would be at least an hour before we could check in. Once we got into our room it clearly had not been cleaned as there was food still on the bedside tables. There was only 1 towel in the bathroom and the floors were so dirty our white socks were black after about 5 mins in the room. Large gaps under the doors to the room resulted in our room flooding when it rained and when we had to walk next door as the desk in the lobby was not staffed we were told yeah that happens. Not to mention the fact they charged us more than what the ******* book stated. We booked 4 months in advance! We asked to speak to a manager and was told they don’t have one on the premises. We asked for one to call us and have yet to hear anything other than when we call one is not there. The beach was very clean but definitely will not stay at this property again.
