I like this hotel. It is easy to access the ferry port to Moores. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and the facilities are good .

Huge room but space not used efficiently. Bathtub was not properly secured. And shower was inside bathtub. The toilet bidet has to be turned off else it will leak. Location was right in front of the ferry terminal.

Nice deco, spacious and clean room, however, amenities like toothbrush, slippers, etc., aren’t provided. Downstairs was very loud and noisy, can’t really sleep ( traffic, bar, karaoke). Probably not worth it at this price.

Good stay at a 4* hotel. Lots of good features, large and clean rooms (a few small cabins for a cheaper alternative) with only very minor negatives (eg no bedside lamp for reading in some rooms). Overall a nice place with very friendly and helpful staff.

Extremely loud and unable to sleep. There is a dance club right next door with booming bass all night long, so this hotel is a poor choice if you want to sleep.

Beautifully decorated modern surf tiki motif. Vibrant roof top bar with bruschetta and pizza. Good value. Will return!

Great hotel, loved the room. I didnt like being asked to prove i was staying in the hotel as i entered the elevator.

Extremely late check in (2 am) took longer than normal because only 1 attendant was present. We were 4th in line after arrival of NZ flight. Service we very polite. Breakfast was very good. AC did not work well, so short sleep was uncomfortable. With proper AC this could be a 5-star.
