I chose this hotel because it’s 15 minutes walking to the Sphere (U2 concert).
Big room.., 02 queen beds.
Good pillows.
Very good breakfast.., omelets are made with ingredients of your choice.
You have to request the housekeeping service every day at the front desk.
I’d stay again..!

1. 電梯纜繩有聲音也沒修，吵人。
2. 房間出風口聲音太大，吵睡眠。
3. 浴室門有聲音沒修
4. 門口有上一個客人吃的盤子沒收走。
5. 房內清潔要再加強。

套房，因此對樓內隔音不錯，離拉斯維加斯會展中心近，走路幾分鐘，早餐在國外酒店裡算不錯的了，服務很好

The staff here are second to none and this is an extremely clean place. The jacuzzi was out of order (we were really looking forward to that after walking so much) which is a bummer. The area is not safe and at night it was down right scary. Although this a problem all over Las Vegas, it's a bummer for families. The biggest problem was our bed. I want to start off by stating I love Embassy Suites and choose to stay at one because of their service and cleanliness. Our beds were so hard we left a day early. It felt as though there was a small cushion and then plywood directly under it. We have NEVER had this happen before. Whoever bought these beds should sleep on them once to know how awful they are. Until they change them out, I will not be returning.

I’m a local so we did a staycation because they of the indoor pool. My kids were able to swim and they absolutely loved it. The pool was also warm as well although it was freezing outside. The room however was very dusty and looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. I mean I had to literally wipe down everything. The telephone the remotes everything was dirty. The phone in the room didn’t even work and was visibly dirty.There was a big stain on the pullout bed. The tv in the living room didn’t work. The restaurant there was understaffed so we weren’t able to even eat. The staff there were all very nice and friendly just wish it was clean.

Awesome place to stay with Great and friendly staff who is always willing to help. We will definitely be staying , the extra large balcony is a must have
