Comfort Inn Paramus - Hackensack

We were impressed with how clean this facility is. The tub/shower were exceptionally clean. Bed linens & sheets were bright white. We chose not to have housekeeping come in during our 5 night stay but we were able to get extra towels & bathroom supplies as needed. Room has a good sized fridge & a Keurig machine complete with coffee pods. Service staff pleasant & helpful. Breakfast had a good variety: cereals, fresh fruit, eggs, juices, meats, waffle station, bagels, yogurt., coffee, tea, hot chocolate. On the downside the bathroom is very small & while the size can’t be expanded there is room for improvement. Toilet is very low. There was no vanity/counter space & the only electrical outlet was in an awkward spot on the other side of the toilet. In the bedroom there weren’t enough options to store clothing. Absolutely no drawers or adequate shelving. We had to live out of our suitcase for 5 days., not ideal. The decor was rather stark, invest a little in decorating & the impact will be amazing. Entrance from busy highway is a little dangerous, we discovered the hotel could be accessed from a back road & that’s how we entered & left the parking lot. I overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Nice friendly staff very clean and comfortable would definitely stay there again. Did not try the food had to leave early. Facility was nice I was pleasantly surprised.

飯店整體老舊, 房間的隔音非常的差, 壁紙也有斑駁脫落, 但水壓及水溫還算穩定, 在寒冷的天依舊可以洗個熱水澡. PS. 早上清潔人員會一直敲門或是嘗試進入房間, 最後是直接放了勿打擾的紙卡才免除破門而路的荒唐事, 但如所說, 隔音非常的差, 走廊充滿著人群走動講話打掃的聲音

My wife and I were just looking for a clean convenient hotel to stay for the night that was close to our son's home in NJ. The rooms were average in size and clean. The breakfast was your standard continental type of breakfast serving personal made waffles, bagels, muffins, eggs, hot and cold cereal

Had to check out early because I fell and broke my shoulder on the way to the hospital the desk clerk said ok but when my nephew came back for my luggage the other desk clerk said no because I made my reservation thru ******* but I paid the hotel directly and and would be entitled to a credit for 2 nightswou

Excellent and comfortable room to stay in. Front desk and workers here are very nice. I slept very good 👍

It was very quiet and clean. Very comfortable bed. Vast selection of food for breakfast. Definitely will be staying there again when I come back to Jersey.
