The pictures look way better than the actual place! The noise from the kitchen was clearly heard. I had a room connected to another divided by a door, everything could be head from next door. The pool did not look appealing at all . It rained and there were puddles in the hallway. Had to ask for bags for garbage bcz no one ever even came to my room for anything. Definitely not a relaxing place. Will not go back again.

Our 1 night stay was pleasent. We were able to comunicate by phone with manager the person in charge his name if I remmenber was Armando/Ricardo he was very desent and make us feel comfortable. The stay has like tropical fancy vibe from the outside and inside view. Nice for couple or friends trip. Walkable to any restaurant or shop options next to it.

The rooms are behind the restaurant. They don’t have a private parking.
Inside the room you can hear everything from the outside and the people above you.
Too noise in my opinion.

The hotel have a different name. And when I called nobody answered. Received a text asking what I wanted and when I said that I had a reservation the answer was don’t come until 3:30. I was not given the option for early check in or anything else the place is unsafe and I will call Daco to make a statement since they didn’t give me my money. I have to booked at a different hotel because I didn’t have any options and the place look horrible. Please do not book here

Clean room and comfortable bed. The window of the room was close to the restaurant and the noise of chairs and music disturb.

Overall we had a positive experience here. No resort fees which is a bonus. The restaurant below has good food and the staff is really nice. They even had a complimentary bottle of champagne for us! Only issue was finding the hotel because they do not have the hotel name anywhere. I had to go and ask. Great place to spend a night. Cheers!!

The door of the room its damage and its not close when we are out of the room. The area has to much mosquitos.

The hotel needs attention,. Beds are falling down no hot water, etc. it is a shame
