Εξαιρετικά φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό, ιδιαίτερα ο Yifei και ο Ricco. Το διαβατήριο της κόρης μου έκλεψαν στο μετρό. Η Yifei μας βοήθησε υπομονετικά να ερευνήσουμε διαδικτυακά τη διαδικασία και τις απαιτήσεις για ένα διαβατήριο αντικατάστασης. Ήμασταν τόσο ευγνώμονες που είχαμε τη βοήθειά της. Ο Ricco μας δέχθηκε όταν κάναμε check in. Το τρένο μας στο Eurostar άργησε 8 ώρες. Ο Ricco ήταν πολύ φιλικός και μας βοήθησε να αλλάξουμε την κράτηση για δείπνο. Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου είναι επίσης πολύ καλή και βολική για να έχετε πρόσβαση σε μετρό και τρένο.

Τέλεια διαμονή 👌🏻 κορυφαία υποδοχή, φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Πρωινό στην κορυφή, επιλογή και φρεσκάδα στο ραντεβού... Πραγματική απόλαυση! Υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο!

hotel room is clean but with zero design. location is good as it's 15mins away from Eiffel tower. breakfast is the highlight of our stay with large variety to choose from and a lot of fresh fruits. HOWEVER, they don't allow check in anytime earlier than 3pm. The hotel doesn't come with car park as described, though it's connected to a public one. The staff are very unprofessional and they kept our luggage for so long that we need to go to lobby and pick it up ourselves. same to tooth brush that's unavailable unless you ask. staff are very defensive too, as when we asked about carpark and charges, they r all immediately defending that this is not their area.

Worst hotel in Paris. I normally dont complaint but these are the worst and ****** hotel services i have ever been. This is supposed to be one of the most luxurious and newest hotels in Paris but turn out to be worse. When we arrived, bellman did not help us with the bag, but instead, they went to help some white lady. Well, that's fine for me. I can manage. Come to check in, the reception just not happy shows us his grumpy face. Enter the rooms with empty bottles of bodygel and handsoap and no toothbrush or slippers. The design of the shower room without door or curtain and the best part; your housekeeping enter the room early morning without knocking and go out after i shout at him. (Without apologies from him). Lastly, come to breakfast, they put all asian at behind the curtain at one corner. When i wanted to sit at the open spot, they told me the session closed, but when i questioned them why other white ppl could sit there, they just say now its closed. When i spoke to their Duty Manager, she kept apologising, but nothing much she could do. Well, shame on Accor groups, we try Novotel Paris the second night and no air conditioning 😂 so bad luck, huh? At least they change our room late at night. I can see how screw up your management... the last time i'm using Accor group hotels. At this century, there are still such attitudes in the hospitality industry, shame on your team and managements. P.S. Everywhere i go in Paris is super lovely and friendly. Just dont bother to go to any of these hotels. Waste of time and money.

An amazing place to stay! My wife and I had a beautiful view from the sky bar. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Convenient location, 5 minutes from two metro, good breakfast, clean room, Conceige was helpful. Will stay again.
