同事介紹的，設施齊全，服務也很好，巴黎性價比和位置都不錯的酒店，離客户辦公地點也比較近，過去很方便。

This is a terrible hotel. For a four star and spending this much money you would think that standards would be ok. Rooms are dirty - we had ants in our room on the floor and on the bed. The pillows are dirty and still have hair on them. Breakfast is also terrible. I asked for a gluten free breakfast months ago and they agreed and even confirmed it at check in. When I went down for breakfast I was only given dry crackers that tasted like cardboard. Would never come and again and I would say don’t book this hotel.

We were welcomed by very nice reception from Ophelia and Sasha very nice and well English spoken. The rooms are clean, well maintained. We stayed 5 nights in the hotel. Sasha a well spoken and well trained reception girl, helped us to navigate several stuff including the local treasures. Good things apart, I will tell you the bad things what happened with our stay. We were given the room 12. The street was very noisy and unbearable at times during entire 5 nights. Last 3 nights AC was not working and hotel staff just ignores, since their AC repair will only happen week later as I gathered ( the girl Meva unable to explain in English or why this doesn't work) Finally they charged additional $98 soon after we left the hotel. We were waiting in the lobby for an hour before departure, they didn't care to give us a bill. It's just a dubious charge, since they collect the credit card for incidentals which I didn't use any. My reservation is entirely paid with all taxes. A total rip off hotel with dubious reputation.

Room was extremely clean and the bathroom was very nice. Also close to a metro station. Great stay and highly recommend.

Great location—it is in an active area with coffee shops, restaurants nearby. Nice and clean rooms! great service by the staff. The only thing that could be improved are the TV channel options. Adding Netflix would be a great addition for non French speaking guests.

The staff were great, made us feel welcome and accommodated anything we asked. I've seen some reviews complain about rudeness, but I think that some underestimate french etiquette and demeanor; you're not going to get spirit fingers when you arrive at the front desk. 1 star removed because the safe was broken and it took two days to fix and also the street is pretty noisy. Thankfully we were so jetlagged that it didjn't bother us for the 3 nights we stayed, except one night where drunk people were outside our window loudly talking for an hour.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Very clean and quiet rooms, even the ones with street view. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast was really good with a wide choice of bread, sweets, cheese and meatproducts. Very near a metro station and only a few stations from the gare du Nord, and just in the of the busy tourist hart of Le Marais.

a very rude manager or reception guy (seol?) tried to scam me out of 50 euros at check in claiming i had to pay a city tax and deposit! these thieves get guests to pay otherwise we lose money we've paid in advance for room. after i paid the 50 euros i contacted *******. after they spoke with the hotel mgr guy my money was refunded back at check out.
