Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία ακριβώς δίπλα στο Bercy Village και στο σταθμό του μετρό. Το δωμάτιο είναι επίσης υπέροχο, πολύ καθαρό και καινούργιο. Θα έμενα ξανά.

Κατά τη διάρκεια της Boxing Day που είναι η τελευταία μέρα της διαμονής μου, δεν υπάρχει υπηρεσία δωματίου στο δωμάτιό μου. Σπάνια αλλάζουν πετσέτα και δεν αλλάζουν ποτέ μπουρνούζι.

Η διαμονή ήταν καταπληκτική και περισσότερο από το αναμενόμενο.
Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία και το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ φιλικό, εξυπηρετικό και επαγγελματικό.

excellent. service is very good 👍🏻. the staff are great and very friendly. facilities 👍🏻👍🏻. great place for the family of 6 . high recommend to stay here.

Location is actually a bit far from the city center and the nearest metro is line 14 which closes at around 10pm due to the renovation so plan your trip carefully or else you'd have to find a bus to drop you off near the hotel. The hotel is around a 2-3 mins walk to Bercy Village.
Quite clean and spacious for a room in Paris. I would recommend this hotel. Oh and by the way, some of a amenities are not provided in the room but if you ask the front desk staff, they would give it.
Just a little mishap with the front desk staff during our stay, we didn't have the daily 2 bottles of water after checking in and when we called down to the front desk, they were "sure" that they put them in but there was nothing. :/ The photo of the fridge was the two drinks that we bought over from a Carrefour nearby.
They said they would come up to check and never did... But I had some other amenities to get from them so eventually they came up and checked the fridge. No apologies from the staff for the misunderstanding and he just went out of the room to get two bottles of water for us. Quite a strange service attitude from them.

Overall the room was clean and tidy and the hotel staff members were very kind for anything. Although the location is a bit far from the center you still have access to the bus stops and the metro nearby. There is also a small shopping town in front of the hotel which was very convenient. Would like to recommend!

The staff and the housekeeper are so nice! Two tabletennis tables and a Foosball Table are ready for anyone to play with, which is awesome! The swimming pool is also wonderful and we had a relaxed 5-day stay in the hotel. Wish we could come again!
