不吐不快,去法國前已經有心理準備,需要入鄉隨俗。
唯有挑選國際品牌,比較放心。
點知到酒店check-in,慢條斯理都算(沒人排隊等了15minutes),checkin給了Room no.;然後上去房間後,發現卡開不了
再回到reception詢問,極不耐煩,後來發現他弄錯了no. 再分配一個disable的房間給我們。
住了4天,也沒有拖鞋/牙刷;只是當面問他們,他們表面笑口迎人,然後卻用法文說我們chinois gênant
其實只是拿些物件,下次再住這間酒店,一定會小心
I'm not here to complain; I was mentally prepared before coming to France, understanding that I should adapt to local customs. However, choosing an international brand this time resulted in a very negative experience.
Upon arrival at the hotel, I was aware that I needed to check in, but the process was slow as there was no one waiting in line for 15 minutes. When I received my room number and went to the room, I discovered that the key card didn't work.
Returning to the reception, I asked for assistance, but the staff member seemed impatient. Eventually, it was revealed that the mistake was on their part, and they had assigned us a disabled room.
After staying for four days, we realized that we didn't have slippers or toothbrushes. When I inquired about them in person, the staff greeted us with a smile but then referred to us as "chinois gênant" in French, which means "annoying Chinese."
In reality, I had only taken a few items. I will exercise caution when choosing this hotel for future stays.
