WS Tour Eiffel - Nicolo

Very well stay with Apartments WS Tour Eiffel - Nicolo and good customer service. They are really helpfull when we need more towels and order a breakfast. My children are satisfaied of the breakfast and of their own bedroom. The location is very good!

Apartment near Eiffel tower and champs de Mars and really convenient to access to our room with many codes. the property is very secured and clean. Many equipments to cook something quickly for the morning or for the evening meal. comfy bed and shower very large

The room provides high quality and full equipment for an apartment, which can be comfortable for a couple; while I don't have high expectations, the delay in room preparation was compensated with a complimentary breakfast, which was delightful. The cleanliness and pleasant scent of the place are noteworthy. I highly recommend it for solo or duo travelers. The location is also one of the advantage of this appartment.

Do not go! Awful Customer Service: as soon as you have a problem you are alone. One of the magnetic code Locked security doors to access the appartement had a technical issue and locked us out of the appartement for hours. Even if we contacted the structure lots of Times saying that we had a very urgent appointment and needed to access out stuff and that we also had expensive tickets for a show later they took it very lightly and did not support us for hours, hoping to save from technician’s intervention. They completely ruined our last night in Paris and made us loose the tickets we had. They did not even agreed to refund us on the economic loss and for the bother even if it was their fault. Worst experience ever with booking.

Great apartment for a stay. quiet and cozy. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The area also seems safe for walking around at night There are cafés and restaurants near the apartment. The Eiffel Tower is within walking distance.

l’appartamento era davvero troppo piccolo, spazi organizzati bene e pur avendo letto la metratura complessiva non mi aspettavo che la camera singola fosse in realtà un corridoio! struttura pulita ma con scarsi servizi, ho apprezzato la possibilità di fare check in e check out Express senza contatto infatti non ho avuto necessità di contattare nessuno anche arrivando tardi! troppo rumoroso, non credo ci sia la giusta insonorizzazione! il personale delle pulizie restava anche ore a parlare vicino alla porta d’ingresso disturbando il sonno! la tipologia di appartamento era in linea di massima per 2 adulti e non 3 quindi tutto un po’ scomodo! posizione comoda per la zona Trocadero ma forse troppo residenziale per i miei gusti, sembra quasi una zona di periferia quindi si perde un po’ l’atmosfera parigina.

Cet établissement propose un appartement ( numéro 14 ) pour la Wonderbox « Week-end en famille «  pour 3 personnes et plus ( cela est spécifié sur le site wonderbox ) . J’appelle pour réserver… et là on m’annonce qu’il faut que je paye un supplément de 70e car la wonderbox n’est prévue que pour deux !!! J’ai demandé à la direction de m’appeler pour m’expliquer les raisons pour lesquelles ma wonderbox ne fonctionne pas, personne ne m’a jamais appelée ! Encore une publicité mensongère !

Petit déjeuner oublié. Apparemment c’est régulier. Pas de dédommagement malgré ce qui a été dit. Nous avons attendu plus d’une heure après l’horaire convenu. Et nous avons du payer ailleurs ce petit déjeuner. Aucun échange. Dommage. Le logement est correct

Zentral gelegenes Mini Appartement. Sauber und funktional. Eine Herdplatte, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank sind vorhanden. Eiffelturm ist fussläufig erreichbar. Hatten einen Termin in einer Botschaft und haben ein paar Tage Paris angesehen.
