The hotel management does not have professionalism in managing reservations, modifying reservations, and customer service. When requesting to cancel a reservation and refund the amount of four nights booked online. The hotel did not agree to this and the full amount for the four nights was withdrawn. Unlike any respectable hotel, only the first night is charged in case of cancellation

An amazing location, this hotel was very convenient for all I wanted to accomplish in Paris. The only downside was wifi did not work in the room, when speaking to the front desk, they noted they were aware this was an issue, and could only offer a complimentary breakfast, but no wifi solution

Location location location. A comfortable well kept well serviced room in the 7th arrondissement. A stones throw from a plethora of restaurants and grocery stores. Maybe 800m to Les Invalides and the Army Museum maybe 2km to the Eiffel Tower. BTW Wonderful views of the Eiffel Tower from just outside the Hotel.

Staff was nice. Studio is only good if you need the kitchen. No lift which we knew, however the stairs were old, like 18th century old, so not deep, rounded, and the wood was worn with age so a little uneven. Full of character but trickier than normal. I didn’t quit read that the toilet was in a separate room from the bedroom and bathroom it’s on the other side of kitchen. The bathtub didn’t have a rubber stopper in it and in the three days that we asked them for one so that we could use the bathtub they never managed to get us one. No plugs near mirrors for drying hair, I managed to fix something that worked good enough in the kitchen area.
The dining close by was excellent we had coffee and croissants in the morning and excellent dinners every night. The walk isn’t bad to most places. It was a lovely place to be. Just a few things I wanted to share.

Small room.
Weak WiFi on the second floor.
Small closet for business suits.
Inconsistency in service attitudes depending on who is behind the front desk.
4 days, I paid 800 plus 340 dollars. I changed from a smelly small room to a clean and bigger room that had no WiFi signal, then, to a one bed room to get WiFi even though I paid for a 2 beds room.
I lived on suitcase in this hotel.
Location is wonderful.

Important to know that the studio apar**ent is a three-flight climb up a very steep staircase. There is no elevator and it is a challenging climb with luggage.

A cute little hotel set back slightly from the Main Street. Which we liked. Coincidence has it that as you step out, the street happens to be famous for its great view of the Eiffel Tower!
The beds were massive, we booked a standard double and the bed was easily a king, if not bigger. The decor was individual and homely.
The shower was spacious, had good pressure and the heat settings were easily managed.
There were so many restaurants within several metres walk that we were spoilt for choice.
The Eiffel Tower is about 20 minutes walk.
One great thing about the hotel was they had easily accessible dry recycling bins so it encouraged us to recycle, whereas usually on holiday we just throw everything in one bin,
I would definitely return to this hotel and recommend to friends
