Great hotel, lovely friendly staff, good price. Only issue I had was we could hear the people in the room next to us. Room was cleaned each day with all amenities reset. Great location close to a lot of places.

Warning: This is not an ordinardy review. It is in the time of need that people show their true colors. When we arrived to Soft hotel on Tuesday 11 PM, we realized to our horror that we mistakenly booked from Monday to Saturday instead of Tuesday. Our room was naturally declared a no-show. All other rooms were occupied. Luckily, Sergio was there at the desk, who acted promptly and found a hotel for us to stay at that moment. As suggested, tommorrow morning we came back to seek a room, and Ahmed was there to find us a spare room with no additional charges! Needless to say, room was amazing, clean, with refrigirator, etc. But in this case it didnt really matter. What mattered is that staff of Soft hotel showed that they are willing to do everything in their power to help us out. Thanks, you are amazing!

Hotel Soft is a great, affordable hotel for couples visiting Paris. It is well located, close to several underground train stations, as well as close to several bars, restaurants and boulangeries (Liberte on the corner is a stand out!). The staff at the hotel are excellent, very friendly and willing to help. The rooms are very clean, with daily turn-down services and cosy but comfortable. Given the price point for Paris (which is an expensive city for accommodation) the hotel is great value for money. The only major negative we would mention is the walls are very thin, so rooms that are adjacent to one another can easily hear conversations through the walls (not just muffled noise, but clear words). We asked to move rooms to be near the stairwell (as the ensuite was then between us and the next room) to get around this and it made a huge difference.

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Soft from 19-22nd December 2023 for my 40th birthday. The hotel was very clean, with room service every day. The bed was really big and very comfortable. Location was within walking distance of 2 metro stations, and a very close bus stop, so that was very convenient. As it was December we did make use of the extra duvets in the wardrobe - they were very useful. No problems at all, we had a good stay here, thank you.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel, Toufik was very accommodating and they were able to let us stay for a couple more days when our Eurostar was cancelled. Location is good and rooms and bathrooms were clean. Would definitely recommend!!

To be clear this not a luxury Paris hotel in a trendy area. It is however a hotel that strives to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We received an email shortly after checking that encouraged us to contact the general manager if we had any questions or concerns. The hotel has been nicely renovated and proves a good night’s sleep in close proximity to the train and metro station. Our stay was for just two nights and it served us well. To be frank, if we had been spending a longer time in Paris I would probably be looking for a more upscale location and property. But for our purposes it checked all the boxes.

This hotel was amazing from check in to check out. The room was clean and spacious and was warm. The receptionist Toufik was very welcoming and was very kind. He welcomed us with complimentary tea and coffee and a Pan au chocolate for myself and partner. He was so kind. Ahmed who was the night time receptionist was also amazing. He was kind and very polite and I felt like being at home. He was very informative. I must say that whilst on holiday I was made to feel at home. I’d highly recommend this hotel. The room was equipped with phone. Flat screen tv. Mini bar. Free complimentary shampoo and a hairdryer. The shower was very hot which was important to me. So how would I score this hotel- Service- 10/10 Cleanliness- 10/10 Room 10/10 Price 10/10 Location- 10/10 Thank you for a great and wonderful stay. Bravo and Merci

Toufik at the front desk was very nice and helpful!The room was very clean with a very nice bathroom.Huge bed and awesome water pressure in the shower!I was very comfortable at this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

I was disappointed with the level of cleanliness. The carpet was not clean and there was a musty smell throughout. The staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be.
