This hotel was by far the worst I have ever stayed in. It was dirty and felled terrible. The shower was so dirty and moldy that I couldn’t bring myself to even take a shower the one day we were there. For the money we spent on this place, I expected cleanliness.

Very unhelpful hotel, used ******* to book and both companies did not help with our booking, ruined our experience completely. DO NOT BOOK this hotel!!! Just interested in taking your money. AVOID!!!!! After hours of trying to contact hotel had a very CBA response.

worst experience ever!!! first day we were placed on the 7th floor and the lift was broken. we had to lift the bags up to the 7th floor. the room was damp and dirty. after complaining we got a new room. from the new room I get a bag stolen. the staff don't believe me. they are perceived as unprofessional and laugh up to several times during the discussion. they don't care and are adamant that they can't do anything. I have a shopping bag full of new goods stolen. The new room was also dirty. I felt like nothing and felt that I had no rights. never ever will I give a penny to that hotel again.

1. We Got our shopping bags stolen The last day of our stay. 2. First room we got was on the 7th floor and the lift was not working, they didn’t even left water bottles. (No good service) 3. On our 3. Day we got a new room bc we got told the lift will be fixed every time we asked but never did. 4. The last day we came back to the room, the card to our room did not work. After we got in and wanted to pack, so we could check out in the middle of the night our shopping bag was missing. 5. The staff was sooooo rude, not service minded at all. Didn’t even help us in our situation, they was just jelling and saying they can’t do anything and we have to go to the police station and ofc we did. 6. The rooms was dirty and their was mug in them. MAKE YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS HOTEL !

This was the best hotel in that price range I have stayed in in Paris. The reception has a little coffee/kitchen area that is pleasant and useful. The room was clean, of a good size and it even had a lovely bathtub. It is situated in an area with many underground stations which are walking distance from the hotel. The area is lively and enjoyable, as well as safe.

Very nice hotel in a typical French building, in a very good position near many restaurants and near the metro station. the guys at the reception are very kind. The room was spacious and clean, the only issue was the umidity. good balance between quality and price.

The hotel room looked exactly like the pictures. The fridge in room 42 was not working, but everything else was clean and working fine. The check in and check out was super easy, only 5 minutes each time. The night before I left, I came back to the hotel around mid night and over heard a gentleman sitting at the front desk talking on the phone saying "It's not our fault the customers got scammed! They really have to be responsible for their own decisions!" Then he told the gentleman on the phone to wait. As soon as I got into the elevator, he started talking again. I don't know what they were really talking about but it sounds very shady to say something like this and then tell the other person to be quiet until the customer leaves... I don't trust this place anymore. The other 3 people I interacted with was fine, but this gentleman was very shady. I will most likely not come here again, it seems like they don't truly care about their customers, just their money.

The check in and out process was super fast, less than 5 minutes both times. The mini refridgerator in room 42 was not working, but everything looked exactly like the pictures. On my last night, I came back to the hotel around mid night. As I was walking in the man at the front desk was on the phone and I overheard him say "It's not our fault the customers got scammed! They have to be responsible for their own decisions!" Then he told the guy on the phone to stop talking because customer is here. As soon as I get into the elevator, I hear him talking on the phone again. I have no idea what they were talking about, but it sounds very shady. It's a shame, this was the one bad apple, otherwise my experience would have been fantastic.

It is like home, definitely will stay again. Very helpful people. Room cleaning everyday properly. Coffee and Croissant ready all times :) very good location. Rooms are very spacey despite the rooms in paris. Stayed with my kid and family, very comfortable.
