Majestic Hotel Spa

The staff was amazing, the room was better than expected, the room service was 10/10, nice quiet location near the metro, was the perfect place to spend my engagement in all of Paris! This place really is majestic!!! Thank you again for the great hospitality!

I stayed here for a business trip for two nights, lovely hotel, great location, fantastic room with a lovely outside terrace, very clean, staff were excellent. I will definitely be back again next time I am in Paris for business or pleasure.

For a 5 star hotel the experience was really disappointing. As you can see per photos attached, the bathroom was dirty, and both the mirror and radiator were rusty. Most of the furniture was in poor condition with lots of nicks and scratches. There weren't any usb plugs and the internet didn't require password - meaning any hacker can easily steal personal information from any of the connected guests. Few toiletries - no toothpaste, toothbrush, shaving cream - and when I flagged it to the snooty receptionist I was told in France guests have to ask for the toiletries.

I was in a newly renovated room, which was comfortable and quiet . The staff were very friendly and made me feel at home . There was no where to charge my iphone but I was provided with a brown socket box which covered my needs. Quick and esy wifi access. Great breakfast and swimming pool. My favourite hotel in Paris is now even better !

The Majestic was beautiful and the room we had was perfect for out stay. The lobby and desk staff were so helpful and friendly, we loved our time here and cannot wait to come back. The location of this property is great as well, we walked to dinner and walked to the shopping area on Champs-Elysees.

We booked a tour with the hotel and tickets were non refundable, for some circumstances we asked the concierge to contact the tour agency to find a way sell our tickets, on the tour day the hotel told us that the tickets not sold so we went to the meeting point at the mentioned time and we met with the tour guide who informed us the the booking was canceled and we should take the refund from the hotel. And after getting back to the concierge at the hotel they refused to give us the refund and declared that we were late and that’s why the booking was canceled although we went on time and met with the guide who showed us that the booking canceled on their IPad.

Me and my wife stayed here for new years eve. The staff were polite, nice and tended to our needs. The room was spacious, clean and well kept. We really enjoyed our stay and we fully recommend this hotel.

The staff was very pleasant and helpfull. The beds were quite comfortable. The suite was exceptional. Just as advertised.
