Perfect spot and perfect neighbourhood. Very nice decorated room and lovely quiet. The hotel is located not fare away from Moulin Rouge and Mont Martre - and you Can easily go by foot. We would love to come back to Paris and the exact same hotel.

Excellent location and felt very safe here. Very private. Breakfast was delicious! Beds comfortable and the shower was great! Loved the no-key entry especially! The decor was lovely. We liked the option of air conditioning in our room or just leaving the windows open. When we saw the receptionist she was very helpful in answering my many questions. Great vacation in Paris!!

This was our first time at 1er Etage Sopi (we stayed a couple of years ago at the Opera one). We love the property and the location. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Even though we woke up late for breakfast, the staff was pretty accommodating and served us.

This place is a gem. The employees are wonderful and could not do enough for you. The rooms are lovely, clean and spacious. The breakfast is wonderful. The service is amazing. I fully recommend this facility and will go there again myself

Fantastic small boutique hotel, beautiful interior design and felt relaxed in both bedroom and common area. Care taken to look after guests - with a delicious breakfast and everything you need! They are environmentally conscious which is also great to see.

I can’t recommend this hotel or its management. It might be fine for youngsters; but it’s no place for adults. All the rooms are “walkups”, and no one was on site to help us with luggage while climbing 2-1/2 floors to our room. Eventually we got management on the phone. We didn’t stay; moved on to the Marriott. In sum, it’s not worth trying to save money at this so-called hotel.

This is tough little place. Our room was on the top floor of a walkup. No one was onsite to assist us with our bags. (Two senior citizens here.) We called the number on a card in the “lobby.” The manager was at first argumentative, but soon mellowed and said he’d refund our prepayment. We left for a Marriott. Three weeks later; still no refund. This might be a cheap place for twenty-something’s; but I can’t recommend it for adults.
