My wife, two kids, and I stayed at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Denver Parker. I booked two queen beds 10 days ago and paid the full amount. Upon arrival, the front desk person told me they had no double queen rooms available and offered me one king bed with a sofa bed instead. The sofa bed didn't have any bedsheets or blankets. I returned to the front desk and informed them that the sofa bed had no blanket, comforter, or bedsheets. They gave me a bedsheet but no blanket or comforter. My two kids, one 8 and the other 12, slept without a blanket or comforter. The room didn't have an iron for clothes. Upon checkout, I asked the front desk lady about the iron, and she told me I needed to come to the front desk and ask for one. I would never stay at this hotel again!
