"Staying at the Mercure Yancheng Suining Swan Lake, the overall environment is clean and elegant, the overall layout is simple and generous, and the living atmosphere is quiet and comfortable. The hotel facilities are well maintained, the equipment is running normally, and the use is convenient and worry-free. The daily cleaning of the guest rooms is meticulous, the floor tabletop is clean and free of debris, the bedding is neat and refreshing, and the bathroom area is dry and odorless. The public areas are regularly cleaned and maintained, and the environmental sanitation is in good condition. From hardware facilities to daily hygiene control, you can see the careful and meticulous living conditions of the store, and bring guests a stable and comfortable stay experience."

"I had the privilege of staying at this hotel on a recent business trip and have to say it was a very pleasant and memorable experience. First of all, the hotel is very strategically located, conveniently located and well equipped. Whether it is business travel or leisure travel, it can easily reach important locations. There are many restaurants and shopping centers near the hotel, providing guests with a wealth of dining and shopping options. Secondly, the hotel room is very comfortable and clean. The room is very warmly furnished, the bed is soft and comfortable, and people wake up and refresh. The room facilities are also very complete, including high-speed Wi-Fi, large screen TV, minibar and coffee machine, etc., which fully meet my needs. The service of the hotel is even more impeccable. From check-in to check-out, every staff member was very professional and friendly. They always smiled and were helpful, making me feel the warmth of home. In particular, the front desk staff was very efficient at check-in and check-out, saving me a lot of time. In addition, the hotel's breakfast is very rich and delicious. Whether it is Chinese porridge and Xiaolongbao, or Western bread and coffee, it is a great appetite. The breakfast is varied and can meet guests with different tastes and eating habits. Overall, the stay was perfect, whether it was the location, room, service or dining of the hotel, I was very satisfied. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues and look forward to the next opportunity to stay again."

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Before we even arrived, the front desk associate, Ms. Xue, proactively reached out to us to ask about our arrival time. She pre-arranged our room, turned on the air conditioning in advance, and even placed the baby's amenities in the room for us. Throughout our stay, whenever I had a question, she was quick to help me resolve it. She was truly amazing! We will definitely be coming back to this hotel."

"This is the second time I stayed in their hotel. I was very satisfied with the room this time. It felt quite quiet, which was good. I have also stayed in a hotel of this brand in Wuxi and the experience was also very good. There are no other similar high-tech hotels in Yancheng. This hotel allows remote registration, which is very convenient and fast. There is no need to queue. The price is also very friendly and the cost performance is super high. The hotel will send a check-in SMS in advance before check-in, and you can just follow the check-in process. It is very fast. After this experience, I am no longer used to staying in a traditional hotel and waiting at the front desk to go through the formalities. There is a free parking lot. If you can't find it, the staff can come out to give you directions, which is very considerate. The hotel is clean and the guest rooms are neatly arranged. Another important point is that all the movies for giant screen projection members are free. This should be because all the members of the store have paid for membership. It’s really thoughtful! The breakfast is also good, with noodles, delicious handmade wontons, fruits, porridge, etc. I will recommend it to my friends in the future."

"The Oriental Garden Hotel is OK. The key is that the hotel has not been answered by the hotel at night. After calling 4 times, no one answered. After turning around to find the front desk in the lobby, I said that the reception desk has been there. Maybe the phone has not been put. The reason, the villa hotel room, Later, the front desk found 12 room attendants to take us to 12 buildings, breakfast can also give the room attendant a compliment."

"For the family to book, convenient access, clean, warm service, the hotel is strategically located, convenient transportation, there are public transportation stations nearby, convenient travel."

"Living in an e-sports single room alone is also super fragrant! The computer is silky and not stuck, the bed is soft, and you can rest when you are tired. There is also a small refrigerator next to it for drinks, and the hygiene is in place. It is completely the ideal single open black treasure place!"

"Poor health details, sofas, walls, washing facilities, etc.; I was awakened by the voice outside the corridor at about 2 o'clock at night, the sound insulation was poor, and I fell asleep about 4 o'clock; After the first day of check-in and the front desk reaction, you can provide a room change. Because the items you have checked in have not been used, you have not chosen to change the room. The next day, you have changed to another room because of sleep problems. The hotel provides free breakfast. The overall feeling of the clean room was handed over to the guest. The obvious hygiene problem was not checked when the guest checked in (the black mark on the wall was told that this was the case when the front desk was checked in at the first time); the sound insulation effect was so bad that I wanted to change the hotel; There is no closed loop between the departments (due to other delays, the check-out cannot be done on time, the front desk telephone communication promised that the check-out could be late, the room was cleaned when the hotel arrived at about 14:30); the front desk service attitude and communication are still very good."

"The room is relatively new, the decoration is relatively simple, the price is high, the New Year's 28 stays, the central air conditioner is very warm, the water heater is very large, the desk lamp is broken, and it is replaced in time, the service is not bad! Breakfast is in 23, more abundant, overlooking Ningcheng! The small surprise is the fruit plate presented by the hotel 👍 The atmosphere of the lobby on the first floor is full! The most praised is the background classical music 🎵💙👍"

"Hygiene: Good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good"
