"Overall, a great stay! The hotel is conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from Hailar Station. The decor throughout the hotel is quite vibrant and lively. Our room was well-equipped with a humidifier, projector, and heated toilet seat, and there was plenty of space. The only downsides were a faulty nightlight in front of the sink in our room, which flickered frequently and disturbed our sleep, and the mirror directly facing the bed, which I personally found a bit uncomfortable. I hope the hotel can address these points."

"After a long drive, I was a bit tired, but the front desk warmly upgraded me to an executive room, and I had a great rest during my two nights at the hotel. The shower had excellent water pressure, there was a bathtub, and the room was very clean, even including drip coffee. The only slightly awkward thing was that the electric kettle and tea set were inside a cabinet near the entrance. Every time I wanted hot water for tea, I had to open the cabinet door. "I booked this hotel half a month in advance. Planning accommodation for our honeymoon was a lot of work, but thankfully I made the right choice! Our room had a private small balcony, and as soon as you stepped out, you'd see rolling grasslands blending with Hulun Nuur Lake. At sunset, the lake was bathed in a warm golden glow. Lounging on the balcony, feeling the evening breeze, and watching the stunning sunset created an incredibly romantic atmosphere. Every photo we took looked like a honeymoon masterpiece. The housekeeping auntie was also very kind, bringing us warm milk punctually every evening. Our stay also included complimentary double tickets to the scenic area, making it easy to stroll around the park the next day without having to queue for tickets. Our accommodation experience for this Hulunbuir honeymoon was absolutely perfect. Now, for the downsides: it's truly impossible to call a taxi or Didi within the scenic area. You just won't find one. It's quite far from the city, so you absolutely need to hire a private car or rent one. Also, the entertainment options weren't very extensive at the time, possibly because there weren't many tourists yet."

"The hotel's location is ideal for exploring the surrounding area, not far from the old town, and offers a delicious breakfast. At first glance, the hotel's exterior wasn't particularly impressive. However, entering the hotel revealed a completely different scene. The reception area wasn't large, but the entire space was clean and bright. After taking the elevator to the room, I found it well-equipped, and the WiFi was fast, unlike the hotel I stayed at yesterday where it took forever to connect. The room layout, cleanliness, and service were all excellent! Most importantly, from the front desk staff to the cleaning lady, they were not only enthusiastic but also genuinely treated guests like family. Because I was a bit tired from my return trip, I noticed a two-centimeter tear in the corner of the sheet when I lifted the covers. After notifying the front desk, they immediately addressed it and replaced the sheet. I overheard the manager reminding the cleaning lady to be more careful when changing the sheets. (This attention to detail deserves praise!) Later, I even forgot I had left some items in the room. When I got off the plane, the front desk added me as a friend, telling me I had forgotten something and asking for my address to mail it to me. That's wonderful! Thumbs up!
