There is no free drinking water in the hot spring, so it is best to bring your own bottle of water. Bringing your own food and drinks is not allowed in the steaming area. The beds in other rooms are also relatively comfortable, and the hygiene is OK. There is a humidifier in the room, and there is direct drinking water next to the kettle. Our family stayed at this hotel in Saihanba and had a fantastic experience! A special thanks to our concierge, Qiqi, who was incredibly kind and helped us plan our sightseeing routes, taking care of all the little details. Her service was truly heartwarming. The room was clean and spacious, with beautiful grassland views right outside the window. The hotel's environment is quiet and comfortable, making it perfect for both family trips and group travel.
