"It looks to me like a service apartment. The room only provide two power sockets which one of it is for TV, another for the fan due to the heatwave. So it left no more for phone charger. Woke up every morning by the strong kitchen cooking smell which is not good. The basin is old type as you only get water either too hot or too cold."

"The hotel's location is a bit out of the way; aside from being close to Tower Bridge, other attractions are quite far, making it less convenient than staying in the West End. The room was alright, but the bathroom was a bit odd – long and narrow, and the door wouldn't stay open. I had to prop it open with a stool for ventilation. Service was generally good; the restaurant staff were excellent, and most of the front desk team were very helpful, with only a few exceptions. Free bottled water is provided. However, when I asked a particular staff member for some, she seemed a bit reluctant. After that, I called room service for water, and it was fine several times, but on one occasion, the front desk said only two bottles were provided per day. I mentioned I had been staying at the hotel for over a week (I actually stayed 9 days) and that bottled water was promised when I booked. She then said more could be delivered if requested. Overall, it was just okay; the price was higher than another 4-star hotel nearby, so the value for money wasn't great."

"For just over 290 yuan, what more can you ask for? There are just too many Ibis hotels around the airport, four of them, so it's a bit confusing to tell them apart. But it's definitely cheap, a godsend for transit passengers. The hygiene is okay, but there's no bottled water in the room. They gave me two beds, which is hilarious – if four people were transiting and splitting the cost, it would only be about 70 yuan each!"

"Back again for round four! I reckon I’m officially part of the furniture here by now. To put it simply, if you want a reliable place to get your head down in London, the value here is completely unmatched. It’s easily the most competitively priced option I’ve found in the city that actually delivers on consistency time and time again. Now, about that ground-floor bathroom pong I mentioned after my previous stay... I’m happy to report things are looking (and smelling) up. There’s still a slight whiff to it, if I’m being completely honest, but it’s far less potent than last time and totally manageable, but this time I was on the first floor. I also really want to take a moment to mention the staff. They are always incredibly fast and efficient at getting everyone sorted, and honestly, they deserve a lot more credit than they probably get for keeping things running so smoothly. All in all, another brilliant, budget-friendly sleep. Huge thanks to the team for having me again!"

"I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. I had to carry two suitcases up and down three times before finally getting a usable room. • The first room I was assigned had the TV on, an unmade bed, and leftover food on the table. It appeared to be already occupied — possibly a double check-in. • The second room could not be opened at all. I suspect this may also have been a double check-in or a system issue. • Only on the third attempt was I given a room that appeared normal. However, cleanliness was still a concern. I am quite sensitive to my environment, and after sitting on the couch, I immediately felt itchy, which suggests that it may not have been properly cleaned or maintained. Additionally, I noticed dirt behind the bedside table that looked suspicious (potentially related to bugs), although the staff told me it was just food residue. After one night, I did not feel well and experienced itchiness on my body, which made me uncomfortable. the breakfast was good. and the location is good (close to the Stratford international station)."

The hotel is quiet for sleeping and conveniently located for transportation. Right outside the lobby, there's a bus stop, and the subway station is just a few minutes' walk away. Kensington Gardens is right next to the hotel, and if you walk down the street, you'll find attractions like Hyde Park and Buckingham Palace all along the way. The restaurant staff are enthusiastic and patient. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in London. However, why hasn't my deposit been refunded to my account a whole month after checking out?

My stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt a sense of warmth and comfort. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. They even thoughtfully provided recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions. The room itself was spotless and spacious, with a soft and comfortable bed and fresh, clean linens, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom was fully equipped with plenty of hot water and all the necessary toiletries, which was very reassuring. The hotel's breakfast offered a wide variety of options, both Chinese and Western, and everything was delicious, catering to different tastes. The overall environment was quiet and elegant, perfect for relaxation or business travel. What truly stood out to me was the professional and attentive service team. Whether it was bringing water, cleaning the room, or answering questions, I felt valued and cared for. I was extremely satisfied with this stay and will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to the city. I would also highly recommend it to friends and family.

The view outside the hotel is really beautiful. Located next to Thames River. Cooling but not too windy. Within 5 minutes walk to subway station, Elizabeth Line. Easily access to tourist attractions in London. Breakfast at level 1 was wonderful. Varieties are good. The dining area is clean, bright and spacious. The service staffs, including the cooks, are really cheerful and gave excellent services. Same goes for the receptionists. The carpets in the hallway next to the hotel rooms needed to be clean. A bit moldy smell.

The location is very good, we reached many places on foot. I loved having technological fixtures in the bathroom, the room was spotless and organised. There was an iron, ironing board, hair dryer in the room, I would be happier if there was a mini fridge. In addition to the English breakfast, there were also healthy options that appealed to many people, you can order pizza etc. when you are hungry in the evening. It was also great that he left in front of the shuttles to Stanstad airport.

Amazing location, amazing service. It was my birthday and the room was decorated beautifully with complimentary drink and chocolate. Could not have asked for more. The only negative was the room was extremely hot which made is very uncomfortable to sleep. On the second night spoke to front desk and they advised to turn all air con/heating off and brought us a fan up so the second night slept like a baby in very comfortable beds. The pool area was beautiful but u fortunately we ran out of time but when we have another stay at the beautiful hotel we will certainly visit it.

The room isn't huge, but it's clean and well-equipped. The staff are friendly, and the location is super convenient for transport. Especially the transport! This hotel is only about 400 meters from the tube station and 100-200 meters from a bus stop. London's tube and bus systems are excellent, getting you to almost all the main attractions easily.

I stayed in room 302 in March 2026 for 1 night. I chose this hotel because I stayed there before and I was very impressed. This time I was given the same room again, I liked the room. It has a large comfy bed and a nice clean bathroom. The breakfast was really good as I like vegetables and they do great omelettes and fresh vegetables. The reception staff are very kind and helpful during my visit and remembered me from the last time I stayed. The hotel is in very easy access to the underground. On this visit the Elizabeth line was closed and I had to get a bus to agents Hill. This was very easy. There are plenty of places to eat around the hotel including an all you can eat from £11.99. I always have a good Stay at this hotel. There is a kettle with plenty of T and coffee. Some people staying on my floor were very noisy but that was all I can criticise really as it wasn’t the hotels fault. Very kind staff. There is a decent TV in the room and plenty of towels. During this trip and overnight stay I visited the Ramses exhibition at Battersea and images are included in this feedback. A good hotel to stay in that’s great value just outside central London about 20 mins on train.

Service: The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and provided excellent service, offering free luggage storage which was perfect for my last day before catching a flight. Facilities: The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the coffee was delicious. Environment: There are plenty of places to eat and shop around, from large supermarkets to smaller ones. I even found a Chipotle open late for a late-night snack! 🥳 It's within walking distance of the Natural History Museum and super close to the subway station, which was incredibly convenient.

I had a wonderful stay at Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington. The hotel was very clean, and the room was spacious, especially by London standards, making it a comfortable place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The location is excellent, with High Street Kensington Tube Station just a short walk away, making it easy to explore London and reach major attractions. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby. Overall, a great hotel with comfortable accommodations, a convenient location, and good value for money. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting London.

I've stayed here a few times for business trips to London. It's very convenient, close to the tube station, just a few minutes' walk to the hotel, and check-in is quick. Service: The staff are very welcoming. Cleanliness: It's clean. Environment: Pretty good.
