"This was our second time staying at this hotel, and once again it exceeded our expectations in the best possible way. We arrived shortly after 12pm, fully prepared to leave our bags and wander around until the standard 3pm check-in time. To our pleasant surprise, the team offered us an early check-in without hesitation — a gesture that felt like an unexpected upgrade to our entire day. It’s the little things that truly make a big difference. We stayed in a Standard Deluxe room, and it was more than spacious enough for the both of us. Comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, it provided exactly the kind of restful environment we needed. It’s always a good sign when you enter the room and immediately feel like you can take a nap without questioning your life choices. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The spread was impressive, offering a good mix of local dishes, international options, and even Japanese selections. From savoury bites to sweet treats, there was something for every mood and every appetite. If breakfast is the “make or break” of a hotel stay, then this hotel definitely understood the assignment. I would also like to give a special mention to Rusli at the reception. His warm hospitality and professionalism helped set the tone for our stay right from the moment we stepped in. Another heartfelt shout-out goes to Igrima from the restaurant. Although she is still a trainee, her dedication, attentiveness, and genuine passion for service shone through clearly. She handled her duties with the confidence of someone who has worked in the industry for years — a true rising star in the team. Overall, our stay was memorable, comfortable, and pleasantly seamless. With consistent service and thoughtful touches like these, I’m confident that our third stay is not just likely — it’s inevitable. We’ll definitely be back again!"

"Couldn't be happier! This is our sixth time staying here, and it's simply fantastic. The kids absolutely loved the sparkling clean pool, the beautiful views, and the expansive grounds perfect for morning jogs. A big thank you to the agro crew for their wonderful service!"

"Overall had a great stay as a couple here for 2N. Location is pretty good with a lot of local attractions nearby like Museum Angkut and Jatim Park. The hotel also has a rooftop bar and lounge with a great view of surrounding mountains and pretty lights at night. One thing can be improved is the amenities provided, we don't even know which one is shampoo or soap, there's no label and both liquid were super watery with bright colors.."

"I recently stayed at Pohon Inn, and overall, it was an amazing experience! The location is unbeatable, right inside Jatim Park 2, which makes it super convenient for families and tourists visiting the attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was well-maintained, and I was especially impressed with the helpfulness and politeness of the staff—they really made the stay more comfortable. One of the highlights of the experience was the breakfast area, where you can enjoy your meal with a view of tigers and bears—such a unique and unforgettable setting! The room itself felt a bit outdated, but everything worked properly. Water pressure and hot water were perfect throughout the stay. However, it’s worth noting that a hairdryer was not provided by default, and we had to request it. Despite that small issue, everything else made up for it. I’d definitely recommend Pohon Inn for anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a great stay!"

"Great location, clean hotel, and the breakfast was pretty decent. The only drawback is the small parking area, but they do offer valet service. However, it can be a hassle if you forget something in your car and need to retrieve it."

"It's good, the place of worship is probably still under renovation, the pool smells like Bayclean and stings the eyes."

"So far ok. Stay there for 3 days was not happy with the aminities in room. I was complain about hair dryer. Once we used is broken then technician came then fixed. After that used still on off. Second day call receptionis sending same complain about hair dryer was broken but only fixed, he said fan in problem after used in 30 sec then nit working again. They we find that kettle opener is broken n still keep using, nit changing with new one after that dripping water from inside kettle."

"staying with the family here is very pleasant.the atmosphere is comfortable and quiet,suitable for a family holiday.the rooms are clean and tidy,the facilities are complete,and the view from the hotel area is very beautiful,especially in the morning and evening. the staff service is friendly and eager to help,from check-in to check-out feels comfortable.the breakfast is quite varied and tastes good,kids also like it. Strategic location and easy to go anywhere. Overall very satisfied, definitely want to come back to stay here next time.👍"

"The room is enough for a couple / small family. But the cleanliness is very lacking until my child has allergies, my skin and my husband's skin become itchy. Makes us unable to sleep. Especially the child is very poor because he has a rash on his face. The bed has never been vacuumed, it seems the bathroom is also not cleaned properly, there is still a lot of dust scattered on the bathroom door, the power outlet also cannot be used for charging on the left side"

It's just that maybe you need to get an elevator, it's not bad if you have to go back and forth from rooms on the 3rd floor... The place for breakfast should also be updated, because it looks shabby and limited especially if it's used for a place where you've just finished swimming so it's all wet...
