"We came to Jeonju for a trip for the first time in a while for my husband's birthday and stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. It was cleaner, more spacious, and warmer than I expected, and it was really great! The staff were super friendly, and perhaps because it hasn't been long since it opened, it was very clean. The view was wide open, so even though it was right in front of a parking lot... I still liked it haha. The Hanok Village is right in front, so it was convenient to get around! The sandwich they served in the morning was also delicious; thanks to that, I had a hearty breakfast ^_^ I plan to visit again if I come back with my family :)"

"Overall, it was a very satisfying stay. The interior decor and amenities were all as well-equipped as shown in the pictures. The meticulous attention to detail was impressive, with items like an LP player, a tea set, and a Dyson hairdryer, each coming with a QR code for a tutorial. Every single item of decor was beautiful, making it a delightful place to stay. We also ordered the rooftop glamping and BBQ set. It was easy to book via phone and pay upon arrival. The price was 40,000 won for two people for glamping (4 hours use) and 40,000 won for the BBQ set, totaling 80,000 won. This was a reasonable price, considering we'd spend more if we ate out for dinner. The set included one serving of samgyeopsal (pork belly), one serving of moksal (pork neck), one tteokgalbi (grilled short rib patty - or similar), one ramen, a sauce set, chili/garlic, six marshmallows, and a pack of Charm Crackers. We could cook the meat deliciously on an induction grill dedicated to grilling. For drinks, they provided camping wine glasses and an electric opener, so we could bring our own alcohol. We could rent hanbok (Korean traditional attire) at the lobby, but it could only be worn inside the building. All hanboks were one-size-fits-all, and the men's sizes seemed to be around 95-100 (US M/L). Even though it was a free hanbok rental, the colors and quality were better than those rented in Hanok Village. The staff were also very kind and helpful with all our inquiries. The location, being in a motel district, was a bit of a downside, but thanks to that, we were able to enjoy all these amenities at a great value for money."

"하운드호텔 아중지구점은 트립닷컴에 리뷰가 아직 없어서 다른 앱 후기를 찾아보고 예약했는데, 다른 곳에서 후기가 좋은 이유가 있더라고요! 가족들과 함께 이용하는 거라 스위트 객실로 예약했는데 생각보다 객실이 넓고 만족스러웠어요. 특히 객실 안에 따로 거실 공간이 있고 큰 테이블도 마련되어 있어서 음식 포장해 와서 가족들이랑 함께 먹고 이야기 나누기 정말 좋아용☺️ 가족 단위로 이용하기에 공간이 넉넉해서 답답한 느낌도 없었어요. 욕실도 두 개라 여러 명이 같이 이용해도 씻으려고 기다릴 필요가 없어서 편했고, 객실 전체적으로 깔끔하고 쾌적해서 편하게 쉬다 왔습니다. 평일이라 가격도 생각보다 가성비가 좋았는데, 이 정도 객실을 이 가격에 이용할 수 있다는 점이 특히 마음에 들었어요. 특히 주차장!! 갔덩곳중에 제일 넓은 거 같아요 가족들과 큰 차를 타고 방문했는데 주차 걱정이 없었던 것도 좋았습니다. 가족들과 편하게 머물 숙소를 찾으신다면 추천하고 싶어요. 다음에 전주에 가족들과 방문하게 되면 다시 이용하고 싶은 곳입니다 :)👍"

"I made a reservation for my parents as they were going on a trip, and they said the location was good, the facilities were clean, and everything was great! Most of the staff were friendly; my parents mentioned that when they went for breakfast, one female staff member even greeted them and wished them a delicious meal, which they said was wonderful. However, the service from one male staff member was quite disappointing. He appeared to be in his 40s, and even during check-in, when they gave the reservation name and tried to check in, it seemed like the male staff member couldn't find the name properly. The male staff member asked them, ”There are multiple branches; are you sure you booked this one?” My parents confirmed that they had definitely booked the Deokjin branch, but he kept repeating that there were multiple branches and acted as if he was frustrated. Aside from that, when I heard about the way they handled the service, I got the impression that their tone of voice and non-verbal behavior were inconsiderate or made them feel frustrated with the customer. When I made the reservation, Hound Hotel had good reviews and looked clean, so I hoped my parents would enjoy their trip even more. However, I was a bit upset to see them feel hurt because of that one staff member. I am leaving this review because I believe Hound Hotel's reputation would improve if just that one employee could improve their service to be like the others! I hope the Hound Hotel improves on the areas that were a bit lacking and continues to prosper~😊"

"Samlockhon was literally smack bang in the middle of the village you walk outside and you are right in the centre of the transitional village. The place itself is beautiful and they keep it so pristine inside. Each room has air conditioning so you don’t have to worry if it gets too hot. We were allowed to store our bags by the property early and then they left them inside the room for us. We had to leave early so wasn’t able to have breakfast but the owners ran to give us some waters before our taxi arrived which was cute. Defo recommend!"
