Our stay was extremely lovely. Giorgos was super nice and helpful with everything. The room was very clean! If you go to Parikia I would recommend to stay here! The host is super friendly and always wants to help

Rooms were incredibly spacious and clean, and George was an excellent host! The location is a bit out of the way from the rest of Parikia, especially if you'll be getting around on foot, but fortunately the surrounding area is fairly quiet and peaceful.

Giorgos is a legend. He was very welcoming, attentive and lovely to chat with. The property is close to the town, beach and lots of amazing food spots. Would recommend to anyone!

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Kontoratos Studios and apartments for 8 days in August 2023. On arrival we were met by our host George who gave us a very warm welcome and showed us to our apartment. We had the apartment on the third floor which has a fabulous large private terrace with panoramic views of the mountains and the sea. The room is spotlessly clean and has everything you need. The air conditioning works really well and is very quiet. The entrance way to the apartments is full of lovely plants which are kept in very good condition. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach (Lavidia) and plenty of restaurants. It is a 15min walk from the ferry and bus terminal, so very easy to access. We had brief chats with George most days - he wanted to make sure we had everything that we needed. George and his wife live on site and nothing is ever a problem. The apartments are exceptionally clean. Paros is beautiful. Parikia is a great base for getting around the island either by bus or ferry.

Staying here was absolutely the highlight of our trip to Greece! Our host Giorgios and his wife Marianna made our stay feel like home away from home. We booked last minute the night before and we had a beautiful room waiting for us the next morning which is always a relief when you’re traveling. Giorgios met us on arrival and showed us to our room, the basement hall was filled with pictures of guests who stayed and some family photos as well as any information we needed during our stay - local taxis, tours etc. The rooms were perfect - clean and bright! Two pillows each, tea and coffee, a kettle, a cold bottle of water in the fridge, lovely clean towels, shower gels and soaps all in the room as well as a clothes horse to dry our swimwear and towels. We had the best sleep in Kontaratos because it was so comfortable and quiet outside. The hotel itself is beautiful, covered in grape vines and geraniums as well as some of their own potted plants which was beautiful to look at when we had our morning coffee sitting outside our room at our own personal table and chairs over looking the mountains. The hotel itself is situated about 3/4 minutes from the beach and about 10 minutes walking from the port. I cannot recommend this place enough, there is absolutely no doubt when I return to Paros I will stay here! Giorgios waved us off when we left and if I could, I would never have left! Look no further for places to stay in Parikia - there’s no doubt this is the best host and rooms in Paros!

Incredible Welcoming. Giorgos gave us lot of tips and address to spend good time in Paros and we got a very warmest goodbye. Never seen owners so kind. The location of the appartment was perfect to visit Parikiá old town/port, go to restaurant/ Beach and rent scooters to visit the villages of Paros. In short, go for it with your eyes closed and you won't regret it!

This apartment complex host Giorgos is truly a host. This man received and departed every single guest regardless of what time you arrived. He reached out to me the night prior to ask about my arrival time just to ensure I was received. He is humble and just a charm to be around. The welcome he gave us upon arrival was the highlight of this stay. I made a last minute request the night prior to my arrival and he quickly found a solution to my request. The rooms he has available are capable of hosting couples and families as well. They are cozy and cute apartments just walking distance from the port and the main part of Parikia city. I loved the attention to detail from him and his wife, he made our stay comfortable and was very interested in how your stay was going. He was available upon my departure to tell us goodbye and gave us a little going away gift, that was very unexpected but very kind. If you want to be away from the noise and the chaos of the port...this is where you should stay. Gorge I look forward to seeing you again in the future and spending a little more time at your property. Thank you for everything and the very welcoming experience.
