Si bien el hotel es un poco antiguo en instalaciones, tengo que reconocer que hacen su mejor esfuerzo por mantenerlo a flote, el personal es bastante agradable y ameno, las instalaciones son viejas pero limpias, las vistas insuperables de Maracaibo, El Restaurante Girasol con una exquisita gastronomía, poca variedad, pero lo acuño a la situación país, el costo de la habitación por noche parte de los 50$ usd. El servicio de taxi desde allí a la terminal es de unos 8 usd$, aceptan TDC internacional, así como zelle, pago móvil u otros medios de pago.
