Room size is not big but still spacious enough to put luggages around without hindering any walking. The hotel is generally clean and quiet except that you can hear your neighbours quite clearly when they are chatting. Not sure if it was due to the connecting door that I am in which has a connecting room.

As usual, the best go to hotel when you have a flight to catch on after your check out. Staff are superb!! Very kind and approachable. Can ask stuff easily! Will always recommend this hotel. Thank you!

The Savoy Hotel Manila had an excellent location and was within walking distance from the local airport and around 10-15 mins taxi from the international airport.
The pool on level 2 is under shelter but partly outdoors. Swamped with children and families, so if you’re looking for peace and quiet or travelling with adult friends, perhaps think of another hotel to book.
Clean, tidy and basic facilities and rooms were fairly small. Worked for us as we only required a 1-night stay before transitioning with an early morning flight!

One of the crew in Breakfast buffet didn't give me cutlery that I requested. I waited 20 minutes but nothing serve so I lost my appetite.

The room was a bit small, but the location was excellent, with great convenience. It was close to shopping areas and had easy access to food options. The breakfast was great, but the dining room was small. The staff provided friendly service.

We stayed here for 1 night as a convenience between flights in and out of Manila NAIA. The hotel is well located, very close to NAIA Terminal 3 with a taxi taking on average 5-10 minutes to arrive. There are also small shops and restaurants nearby, with enough choice to have something for everyone.
The hotel itself was clean and well lit, staff were courteous and caring, the room was clean and well presented for our stay. Free water was provided alongside tea and coffee. The view was towards the airport and the noise from outside was not too loud. We also had breakfast with our stay, which was nice with a good selection of food items.
If I had to pick one thing for improvement, it would be the very long wait at check in at 3pm. Ironically our check out time was also at 3pm and we got caught up in this, and it must have taken us about 30 mins to check out. This would have been an issue if we needed to catch a flight sooner than we did.
Overall, I’d stay at the Savoy again. We had a nice stay and some great views of the airport watching planes take off into the sunset!
