This was one of my worst experiences at this resort. I faced disappoin**ent during the reservation process, as my emails went unanswered. I nearly gave up on this resort but decided to give it a chance. Unfortunately, the resort's communication is very poor, and the staff lack hospitality training. On Saturday, there was no buffet, only à la carte options, which we were not informed about until we arrived at the restaurant. When guests asked questions, the staff often paused for 7 to 10 seconds to use their mobile phones before responding. The coffee machine was broken, forcing us to travel to a nearby resort for a cappuccino. Compared to other resorts, we were impressed with the service at Maalu Maalu Resort, which is very close to Calm Resort. However, when we called the reception, they asked us to call the relevant extension to place orders, which was inconvenient. Overall, it was one of the poorest services I have ever experienced. However, I must mention that the restaurant chef and manager were very helpful and attentive to our dietary needs during the buffet, especially regarding allergies.
