Plus the facilities really can't be compared with the hotel. But the evening's warm dinner was profound The landlord’s sister can speak English. There are two children who say that they have never attended school. I have spent a very unforgettable night drinking with the guests. Her husband, a motorcycle tour guide, called in the field to apologize and said he didn't check in in time in the afternoon. Still recommend coming here to experience the local customs A photo with the landlord was also sent to TikTok. We were recognized in other restaurants. 😅

DISHONEST IMAGES on TRIP APP 1. when i checked in the hotel address booked in advance, the receptionist directed to the other Royal hotel nearby which was 3stars, not 4 stars as stated. They said it was due to low hotel rate booked. App and actual is different. App is 4 stars and exact address and didnt say there was 3star hotel instead. It seemed like tricking customers. 2. Booking is triple room but in fact twin room. Please just post exact information so as not to confuse customers. Thank you

The hotel is a good 4 🌟 Vietnamese Hotel although a few exceptions that draw down the ratings. CONS 1. Check in staff lost my ID documents between check in on Sat lunch time and check out on Sunday lunch time. They tried to pass the blame back to me, until they looked at their own security cameras, which clearly showed their lack of following their own protocols and practices. 2. The Pool Bar is non-existent, instead just a table with straw cover, but no ice, drinks or even staff to operate it. 3. There are no towels offered by staff for patrons to be used in the pool area. The staff operating in the pool area, just seem oblivious to want to help patrons. 5. The grocery store operated by the hotel, closes before 8pm, although it says it is open until 10pm on the sign on the shop. 6. The staff only turned on the Air conditioning in the wedding ballroom, after all 300 guests were seated, and it took, 15 minutes to generate enough cooling while the guests sweated for 45 minutes in the foyer and reception ballroom waiting for the wedding to commence. 7. Make sure you check your Bill Account as we were charged an extra 130,000vd, for laundry that we didn't use, and while quoted 800,000vd for our room, we were charged 1,025,000vd, for an upgraded room that we didn't ask for. Lastly, the local tourist Attraction which is advertised as the ”BEST FOR THE AREA - MUD POOL AND MINERAL SPRING BATHS”, no longer exist for public or private use. The VinGroup, demolished the only remaining public attraction over 1 year ago in Feb 2018, and are yet to redevelop the site. After going to over 6 x 0 to 2 🌟 hotels in My Lam, only 1 offered a muddy water hot tub, overlooking a government operated hotel (for government workers only), which was being renovated; and even though there was plenty of native bush around, none of the baths faced it. PROS 1. The rooms are spacious, well stocked, good air conditioning, comfy bed and we'll appointed bathroom. 2. The pool was spacious enough for many people to laze in and around it, with 4 levels, spa 0.8m with 6 jets, children play area 0.8m, walk area connecting play area and pool of 0.4m and pool of 1.43m. 3. The breakfast buffet offered mostly Vietnamese dishes, but also cereals and fried eggs, (just don't ask for an omlette, as the cook can't make it. 4. Staff are courteous, although don't ask them anything above the ordinary as they are Non- thinkers and there are no Supervisors on duty to help when things go askew. All in All, pleasurable although definitely NOT one of this Groups better properties.

I posted pictures of the Studio Bungalow in my previous review. Actually they should be pictures of the Glenwood room as I tried 2 different types of room. In this review I post the pictures of Glenwood room then. I love both rooms as they are very comfortable. Very new and clean bed linens. Outdoor hot spring pool is on the other side of the street and downhill. The cool water pool is near the restaurant and is on the hill. Stunning plum flowers in white. Thanks the lady in Reception counter who worked in the morning on Jan 31st. She phoned the immigration number and informed me the information I needed. After checking out we waited for the bus going to our next destination. The security staff saw that we waited for too long so he offered some help. The lady who worked in the restaurant remember us when we had dinner so she greeted us when seeing us waiting for the bus. We are so impressed that they are very happy to communicate and help the guests. It’s a very large resort so minimum 2 nights are recommended, other no way you can enjoy all they have to offer.

It takes about one and a half hours to take a taxi from the airport. If it is not needed for a business trip, you would generally not choose here. The hotel room is very large, you can see the lake, and the environment is also good. It takes only 3 minutes to take a taxi from a large shopping mall. If the time is not tight, you can also walk. It is estimated that 20 minutes will be about. The breakfast is also pretty good. The hotel helps to call a taxi, because this place is not too busy to call a taxi.
