Booked through Jet2 on HB and be able se we didn’t have the funds to upgrade at the time of booking the holiday with Jet 2, we upgraded to all inclusive at the hotel on arrival. We arrived at the hotel at 2.30pm and I had previously emailed the Hotel to enquire about the price to upgrade from HB to AI. I was quoted 89€ each per day, €890 for 5 days. On arriving, the Hotel tried to charge us €130 each per person for the upgrade to all inclusive. It wasn’t until I showed the email that they relented. It would have been cheaper to book through Jet2 at £404 each for the 5 days, so I would advise anyone to do so, as fthe are able to. . We had a good time, and this is a relatively good 5 star hotel. The food in the pool bar, which we used every day, was excellent. The Buffet Breakfast was good, but the evening buffet dinner was inconsistent. The selection of dishes available appeared to improve as the hotel occupancy levels increased! No one really explained how it worked and my wife had bones in her fish at least twice. So we booked dinner in the other restaurants on site, which were good. The seaside grill was exceptional. The Tapas bar, was good though we could have done with some more information when ordering, as the portions were huge. Our deluxe sea view room was excellent which we upgraded to for 250€. Well worth it. All went swimmingly until the last day of our holiday. As we were on a night flight home to the UK, we tried to extend to a late checkout. We had to wait until 10am on the day we left to find out if our room was available for us to stay in. And only then were we told we could not keep the room for longer. On checkout, I was told our all inclusive allowance finished at 12.00 noon, even though we were at the hotel until 7.00pm. So basically we paid for 5 days, but got 4 days worth of all inclusive (which at these prices is quite a big deal). I tried to point this fact out, but got the normal company policy response, which is massively disappointing and not what I expected from a 5 Star hotel. The ironic thing is that my wife and I eat healthily, and are not big alcohol drinkers, so we would get no-where close to consuming anywhere near the amount we paid for. We really liked this hotel and were going to come back next year for a 60th birthday celebration, but this last day experience has spoiled our stay. No one wants to be ripped off for their hard earned cash. This was never explained at the time of purchase. Needless to say, we shall be holidaying elsewhere for next year’s birthday celebrations.

We arrived 3.15pm, told too late for lunch, restaurant closed. No welcome drink. Shown to our room which was tiny. We had a balcony but you had to move 2 chairs and a table to get to it. Food definitely not 5 star. Frequently ran out of things. Yogurt and milk at breakfast not refrigerated, room temperature. Yogurt frequently split. Smoothy bar not up and running. Coco cafe and Barefoot grill not open. On last day told by Manager we could not have lunch as it was too difficult to add to the system. Have been to several Secrets hotels and this does not compare. Staff at Piano bar excellent and helped all they could.

Ver disappointing stay the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in woke in discomfort every morning and the spa was a major disappoin**ent water unbearably cold much colder than the out door pool and in general not in good upkeep or condition there were flakes of paint floating in the water and paint peeling of the sides! Beware not as you would expecting having costed and in comparison to other secrets hotels made staff aware of our discomfort and general disappoin**ent and nothing done on returned home made contact and emails constantly returned absolutely no response! This is far inferior to other secrets hotels very disappointing

Wow! My time at Secrets Villamil de Mallorca was absolutely amazing. The room with direct pool access, the preference club perks, and that stunning sea view – it was like a dream come true. The staff were incredibly attentive, making sure every moment of my stay was perfect. Waking up to the breathtaking sea view from my room was unforgettable, and being able to jump straight into the pool from my terrace was such a luxury. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a luxurious getaway in Mallorca. And let me tell you about the spa – WoW! Facing the sea, it was the ultimate relaxation spot. Spending time there was pure bliss, with the soothing a**osphere and the mesmerizing ocean view creating an unforgettable experience. 🏖️😻 🌴

Alexandro (GM) and the entire all star team made us feel very special and provided epic hospitality. Extraordinary service, perfect location, and epic Mediterranean experience in a charming building. We couldn’t have been more pleased. We look forward to our next visit. Don’t miss the piano bar, and Cava cocktail hour if you’re there!

This was our 11th visit and we stayed for 20 nights so you can see we really like it. The staff are very friendly and always doing their best. Monika from Guest Services is especially helpful and Paco and Hardeep in the Seaside restaurant ensure you have an excellent experience. The hotel is quaint, with a fantastic location and plenty of places to relax and chill out. However, the one bugbear is that the hotel can either provide central heating or air conditioning, but not both and management need to sort this out as we had boiling hot weather but no a/c - not acceptable for what purports to be a 5-star hotel. The new General Manager is much more personable than the previous one so this could be his first challenge.

I am just back from a visit here and had such a lovely time at your hotel, I was upgraded to room 222 and it was a beautiful sized room, with a good view if you ignored the trees . Good size bed, with robes and slippers, the resort is not the biggest resort but has a number of restaurants, there is a good selection of breakfast and I also had dinner in the grill which was lovely as well. The sheet that gave out the times of everything on the desk was super handy, and the beach is super close. I also had a spa trea**ent and had the pool all to myself beforehand that was highly recommended. I would have liked to have been offered the chance for the upgrade as I wouldn't have of mind paying a bit more for a swim up pool maybe that's something worth offering. Staff were always helpful and on hand and the resort was very clean, recommended if your on the island

Out first visit to Mallorca, and first time staying at a Secrets resort and certainly did not disappoint. We were "wowed" right from the start. The entrance to the hotel is very elegant and welcoming along with the lobby area which smelt devine with lots of comfortable seating. Upon arrival as we had a "Preferred room" we were taken to the preffered check in area which was next to reception inside the preffered lounge. Everything about the hotel was explained very clearly and as we were early to check in offered drinks. We went for a stroll around the grounds which were absolutely beautiful, lots of planting, gorgeous trees, plenty of places to sit and just take things in. On passing thru reception we were then advised our room was ready. The guy on reception showed us to our room, which was actually 007!!! He carried our bags and showed us how everything worked in our room. Now our room, sea view with terrace and hot tub..... Wow, incredible !! The terrace had 2 sun loungers with towels and sun cream and a table with 2 chairs. There was a beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers on the table in the room a really lovely touch. Having the complimentary mini bar in the room was great too, handy to grab a cold beer to sit in the terrace with and people watch. The terrace had great views of the sea, we actually saw dolphins one morning. Also in the room were slippers and robes, which is always handy. Toiletries were supplied along with toothbrushes, shaving kit, ect. On the first night after we had been out for dinner, a bottle of fizz and nibbles had been put in our room welcoming us, another absolutely fabulous gesture which shows the class of the resort. Also a turn down service is offered and water is supplied, I am not sure if it just in the room type we were in. The outdoor pool was heated and for a visit in March it was lovely temperature. The resort was quiet but there were plenty of loungers around for when busier. There is also a separate outisd area for "preferred guests" which is above the spa. Day beds which have towels on and a shower to cool off in, a nice area. Breakfast was buffet style, cereals, cold meats, cheeses, and hot choices which I noticed were different daily. It was a superb choice and the service was brilliant. Omelettes are cooked fresh to order and were delicious every day! Staff here were very pleasant and helpful. A very nice touch from Monika (guest relations manager) was a bottle of fizz and a complimentary massage on my husbands birthday. Totally unexpected, so was a wonderful treat for him (thank you so much for that). The preffered lounge is also great, plenty of drinks choices and snacks all day. So to summarise, we had a absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful resort, staff so attentive and friendly, we just can't wait to return, and I would definitely recommend a sea view with terrace and hot tub room! And the Piano bar is worth a visit, cocktails are amazing! Thank you once again and we can't wait to return!
