Extended Stay Pensacola

Staff was amazing from check in till time to decide if I wanted to stay for my extended trip . Zoe ,Dave,house keeping,and the manager where very helpful. Where so warm and friendly they felt like family.

I feel bad giving such a bad review because the staff were all very kind and working really hard but there were only two people trying to handle the front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance all at once. The hotel itself looked like maybe it was in the beginning stages of renovation but was in pretty bad shape. The room wasn’t very clean and was missing drawers and fixtures. I’ve stayed in some dumps and, unfortunately, this was one of the worst.

They gave me dirty sheets and pillows after I asked for them to be changed 5 times so I had to buy my own

the hotel is run down, told property manager bout no toiletries and fridge issue, never got addressed. had to change rooms cause the room i booked was not upto standards. would not recomend.

I came to the property 30 minutes after check out time, and my "room was not ready." Was told to come back in an hour. Showed up an hour and a half later and "room was still not ready." Said to come back later, and I showed up a 9:00pm ready to hit the sack after a long day of traveling and picking up food to cook on the stove in the kitchenette, and was told my booking was "cancelled." I said, ok, well, will I receive a cancellation through *******, and the gentleman at the desk said yes. I had to book a last minute hotel, late at night, so didn't get full use of my room. All of the food we had bought went to waste. Had to then eat breakfast at a restaurant that cost an extra $40. After everything, what should have been $140.00 with hotel and food turned into $250.00 that we didn't get to enjoy because I was supposed to be making my friend a home cooked meal. The whole reason I booked this hotel and made the 100 mile trip over. Never mind the gas wasted going back and forth to the hotel when we could have been in the room relaxing. I have now escalated this situation through ******* 3 times, and the best they can give me is a $50 credit. This entire situation is unacceptable. I have been a travel agent myself, and nothing about this situation is acceptable. If you have a hotel that is doing your customers wrong you elate said customer for further bookings, and deal with the hotel directly. Hotel policy does not apply here. I made no cancellation.

The beds are dirty and smelly. Sheets and blankets have stains on them. We didn’t dare touching anything in the room including the restroom

Less than one star. Very sketchy neighborhood. Suspicious looking people loitering on the property. Run down building. Only sheets, no coverlets on beds. Poorly lit room with no interior access to lobby. Furnishings in bad condition. Saving grace was manager insisted we look at it before he booked us in because he completely understood we didn't belong there.

Worst hotel I’ve seen so far, it smells. Feces on the hallways, garbage all over the place, Roaches crawling on the walls, dirty bedsheets with hair and holes. STAY AWAY to this hotel!!!

After opening the door to my room, I refused to go in, the room was in a horrible condition. I would not let my dog stay in there. I went to the desk and turned in my key. But was charged for one nights stay since it was after check in time. The hotel needs to be removed from ********** as its conditions is beyond words. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. A great place for homeless and squatters at least its a roof over their heads. The pictures posted on ********** has to be from another hotel as they dont match what I found.
