The facility was good food was ok but at dinner u have to pay for soft drinks and for water!!!!!

I highly don’t recommend this resort, only if you you want to stay in a dirty room, nobody assumes that, you have to ask at the reception to come and clean and…. they don’t clean properly. when I saw that no one came to clean, I asked them to give me a mop so I could wash the floor. But I will let the photos to speak for myself. Execrable room…. there is no closet to put clothes, the bed linen was dirty, the bed for the child was the same as in the army (if you know what I mean)… And the food… 7 days my baby (2 years) ate only pasta and fries… breakfast and lunch the same every single day, nothing different. more diverse food was served at dinner…

Best Hotel in the world hotel was in the best location.....1 minute from the beach ... staff was very friendly and helpful... rooms clean every day and sheets they changed everyday .... food was delicious and tasty.. recommended Thanks for best holidays

Room was fine, A/C works fine( Note; A/C turns off when balcony door open). Pool areas good, food good. All in all a good holiday for the little un. The weather was lovely. Nice area, went to Protaras, it was packed and hectic there. Would definitely recommend for families.

Do yourself a favour and avoid booking this hotel! We arrived at the main reception of the Anastasia Beach Hotel as this was the information listed on my paper work and was also confirmed by the TUI rep at the airport for transfer coach. The night receptionist told me there was no booking under my name even though I had my TUI booking confirmation. He then rudely told us we were in the wrong place and called someone to come and take the " English Tourists " away. Another gent then arrived, no idea who he was but he took us to an apartment block located behind the main hotel and said the booking confirmation I had showed we were actually staying there, but even though we had email confirmation of a holiday there was no booking with him for us either. As you can imagine at now almost 3am in 30 degrees we were getting a little testy. He kept saying I have no booking and I am not sure what I will do with you as I have no rooms, it happens all the time with English travellers. He then disappeared leaving us in reception and reappeared with a room key, for a room which had magically become free. He said we could use it to sleep in for which we were greatful but that we would have to contact TUI asap and resolve the issue. The following morning having spoken to TUI they advised us we were where we were meant to be and to go to the front desk to get our wristbands and information for the hotel. We did so and found a lovely helpful receptionist, whose name I didn't catch, she ran through everything with us and we went about our day. After lunch the same day I needed to go to the room to grab something but when I go there my key card would not work, I tried several times, then found some house keeping staff who also tried their key cards and nothing. I went down to the front desk and was told oh it may be because you were only meant to be in the room on a temporary basis, and I was given two fresh new cards. They didn't work, I think I must have gone up and down around 15 times, during which time there was a staff change over and the new lady on the desk was no-where near as nice as the previous one. Having given up and headed back to the pool, come dinner time when we wanted to gain access to our room, guess what the cards didn't work, we did another 10-15 journeys up and down to reception when they finally at just before 7pm decided there was a problem with the door rather then the 30 or so door cards they had given us. They insinuated we had caused the problem ourselves. The room is self once we got settled was OK size wise, and the air con was decent. That's the only good points, cups and glasses, although we didn't use them looked like they had never seen a sponge, everything was old and tired. Beds had stains and for the kids one slept on a pull out sofa bed and one on a z-bed, he is only small yet every morning when we got up at least one of the slats had fallen out. We found cockroaches in the bathroom. Most of the staff are not Cypriot

DO NOT BELIVE EVERYTHING YOU READ! Came with a family of 6 and we had an absolutely amazing time We will definitely be back staff where great and food was good! Rooms tidied and cleaned EVERYDAY...........................................

We're a couple that arrived at this hotel evening 24th of august. This review is written after staying here for 2 days of our 7 days vacation. We could strongly recommend no one to book at this hotel. It says its a 4 star hotel, but in reality its more 2 stars, and 3 and a good day. First of all, this place has no care for basic hygiene/avoiding transferable diseases. They fill up the water bottles at the bars, by placing the whole mouthpiece (the end of the hose connected to the dispenser machine) into each water bottle. Many diseases contracted when on vacation (like diarea, food poisining etc) are spread by droplets. Same goes for worse diseases like meningitis. We've tried to speak with the staff twice about this, but they dont care and understand why this is a problem. Today at our lunch all the plates were dirty, with obivous peaces of food left over on both sides. We again contacted the staff and what seems to be the manager at the buffe, but he didnt understand the problem either. The staff ended up using napkings removing the stains and giving the plates to customers. When we arrived we were welcomed with one 1,2L water bottle (and 3x cans 330ML of sugery soda) in our fridge. When were finished unpacking and settling, we contacted the reseption to ask where we could get more water or buy more water. Keep in mind we're on a all-inclusive holiday. As it were just passed midnight, the bars were closed. Theres no way to get water at this after midnight, we asked if there was anywhere we could buy more water, but he said all markeds were closed as well. He offered us two glasses, as if were gonna drink the worm water from the sink. Again, no care for travellers with a different gut biom - As scandinavians we cannot drink water from the sink in quite a few countries. Back at our room we found out that one quilt were missing. We again contacted reseption, but they didnt have any extra, so we got a thick-double blanket. However they out of blankets for quilts too, so that was a pleasent first day. In general the hotel is worn, and seems to lack decent upkeep. Theres a lot of damages and worn pieces at the room and around the facility. The food can be explained as mediocre - Its alright youll have a decent meal, but dont expect too much. Most fish seems to be breaded (its usually only one fish choise per dinner/lunch serving), and the steak, chicken, pork and vegetables are overcooked/overgrilled. The choise of salads seems great thou. Not a good choise for baguettes/bread etc, mainly white and few choises. During the lunch/dinner the dispensers for getting water is shut off and you have to get served by this only woman going around like 80 tables to get served. Usually we're half way through our meal before we even get something to drink. So we bring our own water to the tables (that we buy). Usually at 4/5 stars hotels theres extra pillow at the rooms, one thick and one slim so that one can choose one for their liking. Here you mu

My recent stay at this hotel for vacation was a nightmare. The service was abysmal with staff members being rude and unhelpful. The food was inedible, with no variety and poor quality. The health and safety standards were nonexistent, with dirty rooms and bad water park ,facilities, putting my family's well-being at risk. Overall, the experience was a complete disaster and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed here as a family 2 adults two Children 9 and 15. 1st room we where given faced the back street across from a bar which was blaring music out. Once the music stopped the noise from the guest leaving began, shouting swearing etc. The apartment it’s self was spacious. However the bin was left overflowing with the last guests rubbish absolutely disgusting. The beds in the living room for the kids are disgraceful I imagine prison beds would be more comfortable. The inside of the cupboards are rotting away or broken. We asked to be moved to a quieter room the next day which they agreed. HOWEVER on this side the apartment facing the splash park was met with constant loud music from an open air nightclub on the next street! So was no better. Food is shocking, Luke warm tasteless rubbish. Que? What’s a que? The guest here have no manners and just push and shove themselves in front of others. The service from most staff is terrible, they are miserable and unfriendly and treat you like an inconvenience. All inclusive yet a good percentage of the time they have no ice for your drinks, have to pay for certain drinks and if you want food around the splash park. Life guards sit around on their phones or sunbathe in the pool or mess around with each other paying no attention to the kids and pools. There was one male life guard who had fun with the kids and watched them. This was not a cheap holiday and I wished I had read the reviews before booking this hotel as I normally would. But it was a last min booking and most hotels were already fully booked. Lesson learned. Thank fully we are not the type to sit around the pool/hotel all day.. we eat out and get about. Think it would have been an early flight home otherwise. The only good point of this hotel is the water park. Do not book go else where.
