no vending machines, but everything else that we were looking for. We were very pleased and no major complaints with anything. Was just a short drive for any groceries we needed. Also a short drive to Letchworth State Park, which was a great place to visit and pass the time away. We look forward to going back and staying there again.

The motel was very clean; one of the cleanest motels or hotels we have stayed at. The town of Perry offers good restaurants for breakfast or dinner. Letchworth State Park is a beautiful, breathtaking place to visit.

Clean room and bathroom. Basic facilities. Room was quiet and the neighbors were too. Bed was comfortable. Coffee in the room wasn’t good, those type of pods never make a good cup of coffee. Would stay again for the convenience of being near the park.

This is a throwback motel, 1960’s era. Good value for your money. Quiet, beds decent, heating/air fine. Negatives: dingy and threadbare towels, bathroom tub didn’t hold water well, and window shades didn’t block the light. Self check-in/out great. Minor check in issue resolved very promptly. Yes, for the community options available, would stay there again.

We enjoyed the spacious room. The motel was 3-4 miles from the Perry entrance of Letchworth State Park.
It didn't have a microwave, but it did have a small fridge, which was helpful. There was no icemaker for guests to use. We found a very good diner not far from the motel (John & Sarah's Family Restaurant, 127 N Center Street, Perry). We had supper and breakfast there. Delicious and large portions (especially breakfast).

I was working in the area so the hotel was convienant. Not a big fan of the self check in.
No ice machine anywhere to be found. No staff to ask any questions.

This is an older motel with no extra frills but it’s extremely clean and exactly what we expected. I wish there was more motels like this when we travel.

First impression this looks like a nice place. The rooms were big and very clean. The owner came by in the morning and in the evening. If you needed anything just call and he will right to get what you need.

For a no frills hotel it was an excellent value. Very clean and comfortable. Great location for getting to the park.
