Great stay. Only thing is that the gym isn't in the hotel, they provide access to a 24 hour franchise elsewhere.

The room is clean and comfortable. Bus stops are nearby just in 3 minutes. The receptionist Lena is really helpful, she has a smiley face and willing to help us to solve our problem so that we can finish our journey smoothly, thank you so much, Good job keep up.

Hotel is within city center with many shops and restaurants very closeby. It's clean and quiet.

Stayed 5N here at a 2 Queen Beds Standard room after spending 4N in southern Perth. Was warmly welcomed at check-in and explained on the offsite parking information.
Room was clean and well equipped. Pleasant surprise to find that it comes with bathtub. Lobby has a nice looking Ivy and Jack restaurant that it's a pity that I did not get to try.
Will definitely consider returning for my next trip to Perth city!

The room was spacious enough to accommodate the 4 of us. The location of the hotel is fantastic as the train station is just nearby and is the center of other lines. There are shopping areas and restaurants nearby. Many places are also easily accessible from the hotel. It was a great and wonderful stay!!

Location next to the Apple shop in Perth. Nice and central. Close to shopping cbd area and close to supermarket Woolworths and the Coles at Raine Square. Used it as a base to explore Perth right next to.wesley church which was a nice landmark close to the hotel. Parking is hard though and expensive. Room was very clean and lovely but u had to ask for things like toothbrush and shaver which they kindly delivered to the door. Polite staff were always kind and helpful and eager to please. I was given a generous late check out. The cleaning lady was super nice too. One issue was my room was so far from the lift lobby. Another thing the water dispenser was located next to a open gap dustbin and sometimes i could see flies hovering near the bin while filling my watet hurriedly next to it. Overall i enjoyed my stay there.

Location is strategic.
Check in is alright.
Room is clean when we arrived but amenities are not prepared even after I emailed the front desk twice what we needed (toothbrush, earbuds, extra pillows) before arrival. Knowing there is no amenities available in the room, therefore I emailed the front desk in advance so we do not have to waste time upon arrival.
Wanna from the clean team did her job well. Arranged the amenities for us after few days.
Pillows are abit soft for us even the firm type. No support on our necks. Thus our neck sore every morning.
Water pressure is low. Wash basin and shower too.
