Conveniently located, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast spread, relatively quiet surroundings.

Booked last minute due to my cancellation of flight. They have renovation during my stay so a little bit uncomfortable. Breakfast not included, pay extra for it. I had issue when check in, take quite long to solve, wait for almost 1 hour. The location at the heart of CBD, walked around at night to see Christmas light. Amenities standard, no laundry service at the moment due to renovation, asked receptionist and she direct me to laundry service nearby.

It was a little shabby, but you get what you pay for. The free coffee for being a member of their program was nice.

Reception is the worst. Every time I have to wait for the service at least 10 to 15 minutes . Espectually the one in the photo she works so slow and has no service mind to us at all for 5 days while we stay there. Also there is a construction going on there so it is very noisy during a daytime. Housekeepers forget to fill up things every single day like facial tissue/towels and etc...i would not recommend to stay here due to the behavior of the reception staffs .....Also the photo of the room on ads is totally different from the reality .

Hotel is nicely situated in Perth CBD, walking distance to harbour and restaurants. Room was cleaned daily, always fresh towels and friendly staff!

Couldn’t provide a car park. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes while 2 of the 3 ladies were having a chat and the 3rd lady was dealing with another unhappy customer. Customer parking seems to be an issue for most hotels in Perth city.
