This is undoubtedly the worst hotel I have stayed at in a very long time. Horrible, dirty rooms with leaking showers, moldy bathrooms and faulty lighting. Would never return and would certainly not recommend to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

This was probably once a very nice hotel but it is no longer. Taste is personal of course, but this is certainly not a five- star or even four-star resort. Our family vacation was memorable only for the pleasant time at the beach and our escapes from the hotel in the evenings in search of better food and service, which we found in nearby Vieste and Peschici. The positives: - Nice beach and beautiful sea - Pleasant grounds, ample parking - Large suite with 2 bathrooms – perfect for our family of four - Comfortable beds - Energetic “animatori” who attempted to provide entertainment The negatives: - Filthy room; outdated and damaged fixtures and furniture - Untrained staff - cleaning and restaurant in particular - some friendly, others brusque and surly - A complete absence of supervision and management; incompetent reception management - Terrible and sad breakfast buffet; overly expensive meals at beach restaurant and bar - Worn-out infrastructure; very bad wi-fi

In our opinion this is not a 5 stars. Poor service, no wi-fi connection, infrastructures need to be renewed, only a wonderful beach. Please avoid the restaurants, poor quality and really expensive This is a good choice only for a short stay.

Località splendida con spiaggia privata, curata e con mare bellissimo. Ambiente mozzafiato e personale gentile e disponibile, ma i servizi potrebbero essere migliorati (hanno cambiato gestione da poco tempo e hanno riferito che quest’anno hanno aperto molto tardi la struttura…) Ottima posizione per visitare i paesini vicini (ad esempio Vieste e Peschici) e con servizi taxi e bus. Piscina ottima, con bagnino molto simpatico…😂 Nel complesso struttura ottima ma che può migliorare servizi e magari aggiungere anche animazione per bambini e ragazzi!

Balla esperienza , struttura molto bella immersa nel verde tra mare e scogliera. Ben situato per visitare anche luoghi vicino. Ottimo servizio e buon cibo specialmente le serate di lunedi 14 e tutta la giornata del 15/08 tutta roba di qualita'e sapori ottimi.Relax in spiaggia, in piscina . Tanto divertimento e serate di cabaret con i ragazzi dell'animazione tutti molto bravi, simpatici sempre sorridenti e sempre pronti ad accogliere tutti, molto professionali nel loro lavoro. Piano bar al mare e serate molto belle. Insomma tutto buono. Unica cosa da migliorare , la pulizia nelle stanze del resto un villaggio buono. Resort che consiglio a tutti.

Il Gusmay resort è un vero paradiso, un parco incantevole che si apre su una spiaggia privata rendono la vacanza tranquilla e rilassante, molto bello il bar della spiaggia con musica dal vivo per non parlare del ristorante dove abbiamo assaggiato piatti tipici pugliesi e la qualità del cibo è davvero ottima, si nota un grande impegno e partecipazione di tutto lo staff per rendere questo luogo unico, ottima animazione, lo consiglio vivamente

Ho soggiornato 2 notti in questo "resort" con il mio ragazzo. Sicuramente la struttura è stata ben costruita in una delle zone molto naturali del Gargano immergendosi nel verde della foresta umbra, avendo a disposizione un tratto di spiaggia completamente privato e di conseguenza molto tranquillo per chi cerca un po di relax. Mi aspettavo Sicuramente più intrattenimento nonostante il periodo che precede il ferragosto ma dal tronde la struttura è adatta per chi vuole godersi le vacanze senza rotture di scatole. Due notti le abbiamo pagate 300€ con solo prima colazione (prenotato con booking) e ci è stata data una stanza che oltre ad avere molta muffa sul soffitto e pareti aveva la guarnizione della doccia completamente rotta. I lavelli con calcare incontrato ( probabilmente mai rimosso da anni) e la stanza si presentava con le fessure molto sporca. Probabilmente è dipeso dal fatto che erano stanze riservate ai clienti booking,ma questo non esclude che comunque ci è costato 300€. Ovviamente ho fatto presente questo disagio alla reception ma come univa azione hanno scritto le mie osservazioni su un quaderno e ci siamo salutati. Nemmeno un gesto nel farmi uno sconto sugli extra consumati nella struttura. Comunque 5* assolutamente no!!! 3 stelle meritato.

Nel periodo di Luglio 2023 ho soggiornato presso l'hotel Gusmay Resort per una fuga romantica. L'hotel è meraviglioso con una vista suggestiva sulla baia e dispone di molti servizi, tra cui una splendida spiaggia privata, una piscina dove è possibile sorseggiare un buonissimo cocktail, un campo da tennis dove potrete sfidare la vostra dolce metà e tanti altri servizi. Le camere sono molto spaziose ed accoglienti con un ottimo livello di pulizia, il personale è molto professionale ed accogliente pronto in ogni momento a soddisfare le vostre esigenze. Consiglio quest'hotel a tutti coloro che cercano professionalità, accoglienza è bellezza di soggiornare almeno una volta al Gusmay Resort. Non ve pentirete!
