I've noticed that most hotels near the coast in Hainan are quite humid, and the bedding often feels a bit damp. Despite that, the hotel was generally clean and hygienic. 3. My child is over 1.5 meters tall, but they still provided a complimentary breakfast, which was a nice touch. Some hotels would definitely charge extra for that, so kudos to their service! 4. The ground floor rooms have direct access to a private pool, and all ground floor guests share a large communal pool, which is a great feature. We opted for a sea-view room instead of a ground floor one, and the view was still lovely, even though it was a bit foggy during our entire stay in Hainan."

"In Bozong Village, Dongying Town, Lingao, the guesthouses listed on the Golden Coast website are quite large-scale and generally of good quality. After careful selection, I chose Langhua Xiaozhu. The sea-view room was fully equipped (automatic toilet...), the room was spacious and bright, and although the breakfast selection was limited, it was still quite delicious. There was also a mini indoor pool (but unfortunately, it wasn't filled with water for guests; the receptionist said the owner is from Kaifeng, Henan, and recently went back to his hometown... so...). The guesthouse has a foot bath, and there's a coffee shop across the street (I haven't tried it, so I can't comment), and next door is a restaurant (although the prices aren't very friendly, the food is good). There are quite a few dining options around! The beach and sea are just across the street, making it very convenient for morning and evening beach walks! In short, I highly recommend it!
