Mossaz Mana-Mana Suites Kuala Lumpur

I accidentally stumbled upon this place and thought it was nice. When i first arrived at its lobby, it is as pretty as the picture shown. The staff there are friendly especially receptionist. The room & bathroom is clean and all tidy, indeed a comfortable place to stay 👍🏼 Basic necessities such as iron, hairdryer are provided as well. Overall it is a good place to stay & has potential to grow even more, though the location of the place is quite confusing at first.

Good stay but the mattresses are a bit hard. The shower gel and shampoo are empty when I checked in but once I informed the reception, their staff quickly came which is good . Overall I’m satisfied.

I love it so much the facilities but we tak sempat tengok level 39 swimming pool n gym n spa. Tapi lift dia ya Allah ya rabbi poning ah byk sgt tingkat tapi xpela normalla kan

Service was good. Carpark takes a bit of navigating to enter. Location is near 1Utama, a very big mall with everything. Rooms are spacious enough, cleanliness is okay but can be improved. The shower water pressure is not that good and the shower gel was empty. I loved the large and spacious gym. But the worst part is the lift system, if you try to take it at the wrong timing you'll need to wait very very long because its always full. And even if you get on, the lift will keep stopping at every floor before you get to yours. Waited almost 20mins during check out time!

Everything was great. Brand new room and all the stuff inside. Only downside was the poor phone signal in the room almost none exist. Wifi was fast and steady though.

We were pleasantly surprised by the grand and beautiful lobby, and our rooms that were actually service apartments. We had a small kitchen & the room was relatively spacious. Everything was new and you can even chromecast onto the TV which we love. They had a gym and a pool on the 39th floor which was amazing. Their gym is well-equipped and had ample equipment that were up-to date. However, we just had 2 issues during our stay. Upon checking in, our room had a trail of ants, to which front desk attended to by sweeping them away. Throughout our stay, the ants kept reappearing but it wasn't too horrible for us. On our last night was when things got worse. We had been out the entire morning, when all of a sudden we came home to a giant yellow SOLID blob in our bathroom sink. It had also emerged from the drain next to the toilet bowl. We were so confused as to where it could have come from. We asked front desk for assistance but it proved difficult to remove. They surmised it could have possibly been something emerging from the piping. They suggested changing our rooms. Considering we had to leave at 7am the next morning and it was already 11pm at that point, we found it to be a hassle. We still hadn't packed our stuff and it was so inconvenient that this had to happen to us. Otherwise, the stay would have been a 10/10 for us because the location was near all the hip areas!
