Phi Phi Holiday Resort

An amazing stay! The resort is clean and offers everything. The service was great and the buffet breakfast was worth it and the little Monkey Bar was great! The boat taxi from PhiPhi center to the resort is easy to get and the Hotel can help organize the transport to and from Phuket! We will definitely be back :)

We booked the sunset pool villa, and honestly, we wished we stayed for longer than 1 night. As our schedule was tight, we had no choice. However, due to the somewhat secluded location, I would stay at least 2 nights to save transfer stress. Anyways, the resort exceeded all our expectations in terms of serenity, cleanliness, accommodation, and most all, the service. The sunset pool villa was definitely a highlight of our trip, and I would easily recommended this resort at the “quiet side of phi-phi”.

Lovely resort, very quiet but still lots of activities to do Rooms are spacious and clean The pool in the sunset pool room is a little tired but still lovely. The staff are very helpful and friendly Beautiful quiet beach and sunset infinity pool 2-3 restaurants very close by and a small town a half hour walk or 10 min drive away on bike You can rent a kayak for free, they can arrange tours with pickup outside hotel - we went to maya bay on a private boat Also sent a slice of birthday cake to our room on my bday! Very sweet Stayed for 5 days and had a great time, would recommend

Overall, my experience at Phi Phi Holiday Resort was quite enjoyable. The room I stayed in was very nice and clean, providing a comfortable space to relax. The highlight of my stay was definitely the private pool, which was not only fun to have but also offered a pretty decent view of the sea. As the resort is self-sufficient, there weren't many options for outside restaurants or shops. However, the restaurants within the resort were pretty good, although slightly expensive. The food they served was delicious, which made up for the higher prices. One minor inconvenience was the location of the rooms, as they required traveling by golf carts. However, the resort staff were quick to assist with transportation if needed. A simple phone call to reception and they would promptly drive you around the resort. The staff at Phi Phi Holiday Resort were friendly and helpful. They provided excellent service and were always available to address any concerns or requests. The public pool and beach areas were also stunning, adding to the overall beauty of the resort. In conclusion, my experience at Phi Phi Holiday Resort was positive. The room was great, the private pool was fun, and the staff were friendly. While the location was a bit inconvenient, the resort's amenities and beautiful public areas helped create a memorable stay.

I booked this resort the same day as we were to check-in. We had to take a boat taxi to the hotel; which the locals turned us around and said the sea was too rough and it was a safety issue for our babies (who also got motion sickness and were throwing up). I called the hotel many times, the manager refused to speak with us. I contacted the third party who i booked through (ctrip) and they could not help as the hotel had to confirm the cancellation and refund - which they were not understanding at all. Horrible customer service experience.

Stayed for 2 nights in June 2023 as part of our honeymoon. We were upgraded to a Beach View Bungalow on arrival free of Charge which was a brilliant start to our stay. Staff were pleasant and helpful throughout and any issues we had they were on hand to sort quickly. Breakfast was ok, nothing exciting but done the job. Lunches & Dinner in general were again ok nothing to shout about but the view certainly makes up for this. Overall would come back to Phi Phi but stay elsewhere.

Paradise on earth, perfect location far from the party noises. Guarantee blue sea and hours of clear snorkeling right in front of the bungalow. The rooms are a bit used here and there but nothing disgusting and the bedsheets are clean and comfortable. Air con was working well. No issues with the 2 showers. Many swimming pool available with different views, you can enjoy either the sunset or the sunrise. Mask and tuba to borrow for free are of good quality (spent 3h snorkeling with it every day and didn't feel uncomfortable) Breakfast was "ok". As always in Thailand, smile and hospitality on top.

What can you imagine about a paradisical Place you will find it in this hotel. The room with the private swimming pool had an amazing view to the ocean, enough to make you more in love with the beauty of the nature. The villa was big, smelling good, well equipped, clean, with all what you need. The stuff was very welcoming and helpful. The Hotel was on the beach. I can say that it has one of the best beaches with one of the best seas in the world. The water was so clear you can see your feet. The view was amazing, you feel yourself in fusion with the sea. The food was also very good. I recommand this hotel for everyone wanting to relax and enjoy a very good moment of pure magical holiday.
