Home2 Suites by Hilton Philadelphia Convention Center

The trip was good overall! Excellent location, well connected with all the touristic attractions! However, we did not have room service for the 3 nights we stood at the hotel. They do it every other day, however when it was our turn to get room service and cleaning day, they came at 6pm, which was when we were getting ready for dinner and they said they couldn’t come back later. Also for check out day the cleaning lady knocked at 9am when we were not ready to leave the room yet. Despite that, everything was fine!

Prime location which very convenient to all the tourist spots within walking distance. One thing that wasnt good is that i was charged USD $8x after checked out for some service fee. Wasnt told by the staff AT ALL during check in. They only informed that there will be a deposit of $150 but NEVER mention of any other charges

It is comfortable and convenient location to see liberty bell and city hall. However, the self parking next to hotel is expensive that we parked another 60% cheaper. Also, the loading and unloading area are not enough but police and patrol security did not give out any tickets. The best is the breakfast, but not enough seating

The room is spacious and clean. Walkable to Chinatown and shopping mall.

Fabulous hotel in a brilliant location just opposite Reading Termjnal Market. Lovely quiet area and close to absolutely everything. Hotel room was fabulous, absolutely huge, spotlessly clean and breakfast was great, lots of choice. Excellent value for money would 100% stay again!

The location is very central, right across from Reading Terminal Market and Chinatown. Walking at night felt safe and was not a problem. Parking can be a bit tricky to find nearby—the closest option costs about $80 per night, while a slightly farther multi-level garage is more affordable at around $50–60 per night.

veẻy nice location and opposite to terminal market

The photos they show feature a swimming pool—which is a lie. We chose this place specifically for that reason, so it was a huge disappointment.

Where do I begin. In terms of cleanliness, this hotel is on par with a highway motel. Dingy shower, faucets that work like power washers, sticky countertops in the kitchen, and the smell from the sink drain was not welcoming. Carpets were stained everywhere, mattresses were hard as a rock and the AC smelled of mold. I recommend that you avoid this location.
