Great location a couple of blocks near city hall and the historical sights. Beautiful clean rooms. So close to reading market where we ate breakfast every day.

They television is don’t have Netflix or youtube app no any internet tools .also tv remote is doesn’t work have to call reception to change wait around 10mins. Room the light on/off only on the lamp it’s not convenient.

We love staying at this hotel, great location, bedrooms are spacious and the beds are so comfy. Friendly a**osphere and really convenient for all the attractions.

The check in waa quick and easy... there was no issues at all and the staff was amazing. The room was clean and the environment was amazing.

Stayed for 1 night at the Lowes. Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk person provided all information at check in. One thing I can say I did not like is that the water was removed from the lobby at night and the market was closed. My only option was the $8 bottled water in the room. Walked back down in the morning around 10am and water was still not there. This hotel really does not offer anything in the lobby other than newspapers in the AM. The lobby is just kind of long and dark with random seating. It’s kind of boring at night. Bank Bourbon is connected to the hotel so thankfully for that reason there’s a bar with a few seats but nothing special. The revolving door leading into the hotel can be annoying as it stops randomly while people walk through it . One thing we really loved was breakfast at Bank and Bourbon it was great! We picked up a coffee at the market before we left and there were about 6 people in front of us and the girl appeared to be a little stressed. I felt bad no one was helping her. Maybe get some help for her when it gets busy.

Loved the property, location was fantastic.
Wasn’t happy with not being provided with an upgrade that I was eligible for, one of the VIP perks that made me choose this hotel. Overall experience was good though.

We absolutely loved everything about this hotel. We visited for my son’s birthday and for Chinese new year. It was so close to Chinatown and all the other areas that we wanted to visit with most being within walking distance. We also loved that the Reading terminal market was right across the street. The parking garage manager was very helpful when we needed assistance and all of the parking garage employees were a pleasure to encounter! They run a really wonderful hotel in all areas. From the cafe, to the front desk, and each and every one of the staff we interacted with through their text message thread. The messaging service was super convenient! We will definitely be back the next time we decide to stay in Philadelphia. Best hotel we have ever spent time with. Exceptional experience! Highly recommend!
