Hip hotel, small bar in the lobby, pool table too.
The parking lot does not appear to be safe for long term parking, though.

The ambiance of the billiard table enlightened the lobby and bar area. It was a very pleasing and comfortable atmosphere. The bartender Christina was great! She was energetic and engaging and was able to develop comradery amongst all the guests at the bar. After a stressful night of traveling, I enjoyed the conversation at the bar and overall experience!

Amazing customer service, Shawna was soo kind and helpful from check in to check out. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

The staff in the morning are very unprofessional. Shawna yelled @ me because i was trying to get picked jp from the airport & she told me what she should she do about it. Jordan the night staff qas very courteous. The bar was closed & the pool table was really small. It was my dream to experience yhe Aloft & it was ruined by staff

Did not like:
1. Anoying music at elevator
2. Indoor pool is useless without heated water
3. Lobby guest computer station not working
4. Handle in the elevator falling off
5. Bath room door noise when closing (banging on wall)

Unfortunately the restaurant and bar wasn't open. That was unfortunate. And then I heard the bartender did arrive but decided there was no one there. Of course not, she came late and then left.
But Front desk, the room, location, free airport shuttle is excellent 👌

Everyone at Aloft was great! Shawna was outstanding! We had an issue with our room and she graciously came up with a solution for the remainder of our stay! Tremaine the district manager was awesome and so was the Front desk manager (can’t remember her name). She let us hang out in the lobby with friends and family to watch football, play games and fellowship!! I would definitely come back again.
