they had great breakfast and it was in a great condition right by the freeways. and by Tempe. the costumer service was very nice too

酒店有免費的接送機，離機場也非常近，非常方便，酒店房間環境不錯，性價比很高，周圍也比較安靜，整體條件都很不錯

I’m definitely going to stay at Country Inn&Suites on my travels to Phoenix AZ.
Great service, staff and courtesy were the norm there.
Good Vibe &Good people.
Also great breakfast menu 😉

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Staff were helpful. Room was clean and well organized. Airport shuttle was convenient and staff great at explaining process. Very close to airport

We were there overnight to catch a morning flight. It was close to airport.
Manager and employees were helpful and friendly.

This hotel was booked for location and its shuttle given the late hour of arrival and early departure in the morning. We landed to find out that there is NO shuttle but only after we called several times. We were redirected to a different terminal and set up for a Lyft to get to the hotel which was very delayed. One hour after landing we had not been picked up yet.

Not clean at all, the only clean the area was the lobby which had recent Reno’s. In addition there was no hand wash, or blow dryer in the rooms and the washrooms are very dirty especially the tub and walls. Overall the pictures are very deceiving.

The accessible shower base was VERY slippery. The floor also when wet. I had to put the bath mat on the shower floor to avoid slipping. There was no seating in the shower either to avoid a slipping fall. Otherwise everything was reachable for handicapped access. Room was nice, clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was included and ample, however there was no orange juice.
Grounds and Parking were well lit and kept.
Staff was very helpful, accommodating and cheerful - ALL staff. I would stay there again, even with the comings and goings of the noisy airplanes!
