Beds too soft Room keys needed to be reset each day. Breakfast ok. Toilet seat loose but no maintenance person on site sunday to fix. Public bathroom locked. Easy to find but terrible parking with small outlined spaces. Definitely not trailer friendly. Gated side exits, never knew when they would be open. Pool locked and entrance back in through to front desk locked.. phone not working to call front desk. Small single serve shampoo/soaps. Room clock not synched with local time. Small things but they all add up to a just so-so stay. Expensive for what we got. Never did fix our toilet seat. Will look elsewhere next time back.

Neighborhood is not the greatest, not much n the way of restaurants beyond fast food, very average at best

This property isn’t kept well nor are the bathrooms that clean and the tv in our room didn’t work and none of the staff could fix it.

The area was okay,there were some homeless in the area but not too alarming. The hotel was kept clean and our room was cleaned which was a pleasant suprise as we were not expecting it . The continental breakfast was good . The manager Tasha was at the front desk, greeted us and was very professional and polite .

Safe and clean. Staff is nice. Work out area out dated, no hand weights available. Pool are ok but no towels out for guests. Breakfast could have more option. One day it was only biscuits and gravy. No one really ate it.

Very sketchy side of town, homeless hanging out all around the property. Would not stay here again. You have to ring a phone just to let be inside. Understaffed.

Everything was great. The only annoying part was that housekeeping was knocking at our door at 10:45 AM and then again at 11:05 (we were already walking out). Like she was kicking us out.

The sofa bed was uncomfortable and we had to ask for sheets and bedding for it. Breakfast was a disappointment, French toast and sausage, no eggs. There was a mixup with the room key and we had to get another then when we checked out the key again didn’t work. No best experience.
