The hotel was nice, the room was clean, and the breakfast was decent. Parking is tight, especially for larger vehicles.
The neighborhood around the hotel shady, so although there are restaurants and stores nearby, we didn't feel comfortable walking around there.

There needs to be information about the locations cleanliness. Seemed to be a bit of a rough area with quite a few homeless in the area. Don't think you would want to walk around much. The hotel was reasonably nice for the location.

Hotel check- in ok. Lady very nice.
Area is not the best. Room was very dated. Carpet threds sticking out. Bath room light fixture very dirty. Tub had rust.
Not coming back or recommending.

The bed and pillows felt lumpy to me. There was some sort of small specks showing up on the night stand by my side of the bed - don't know from where - maybe the ceiling? Breakfast was okay. Suggest, however, that they put close captioning on the breakfast room TV's since the sound is almost non-existent. My son had to move from room 109 because the fitness room next door was unlocked and the treadmill runner at 5:00 a.m. was extremely loud.

Beds were very comfortable. The walls were not very insulated, we could hear some street noises and the couple arguing next door, but other than that, everything was good.

Hotel seemed clean & rooms comfortable plus pretty spacious. Now the property around area had tons of homeless all around. It felt super unsafe. I wouldn’t be caught outside after 8pm.

Great staff, very helpful. Breakfast was nice. Only drawback were the homeless camping across the street.

We arrived at location and there was no parking spots. We went in and the front desk guy said there was a problem with the door that if the key did not open he would open it. When he came to open it the room had not been cleaned from the prior people that had stayed. The beds were unmade and there was garbage. We told the front desk and due to the hotel being booked he said he could not do anything. Gave me a phone number to corporate and they said they could not do anything. We were stranded in Pheonix at 1:00 am. I then told the front desk that I needed him to return my money of $635 that he had charged. He said he had not charged it and it would not be charged. It was charged and 6 days later has not been returned to my account. I have sent in copies of my bank statement for proof and nothing!
