Great experience, the morning continental breakfast was great lots of options, eggs, sausage, biscuits, juice, coffee, milk, cereal, sweet bread, normal and blueberries waffles, fruit. The beds are good, family was able to rest after a long traveling day, its close to i-10 and most of the venues are 10-20 minutes away.
Reception and hotel employees nice and helpful will stay again 👍.

I gave the 3 🌟 because the hotel is not very clean the carpet is dirty the room mirrors don't closed and u only get 1 towel and the towels were super dingy so u get what u pay for here and the breakfast is not bad for continental breakfast but no the best the staff was nice im sure it's not their fault that the hotwl is in bad condition

Nice, clean and comfortable. Family was here to attend a concert. The location was great and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. This will be an option again when I return

Front desk staff were unfriendly, rude, and not available most of the time. Rarely seen at front desk, did not answer phone, and no one came to front desk when ringing the bell.
Any request was questioned abd denied

This place was awful. Grimy, poor service, unkept, inconveniently located, unfriendly people, and WAY too expensive for the quality.

Lots of homeless in area
Easy on off of freeway. 51st avenue coonects easily to other major streets.

The elevators are falling apart. There were a bunch of broken/loose tiles in the bathroom. The remote only worked on the TV and not the DirecTV box, so I had to change channels like it was 1975. The carpets and walls in the halls were extremely filthy. Wouldn't stay here again.

This place was horrible. It’s ranked at almost 8.0 and I don’t know how that is possible. From getting there at 4pm to 2am this place was so noisy with no staff to intervene at any point. I’m starting to think ******* ratings are payed for or very incorrect. The cleaning staff were so loud. No elevators just some old wooden stairs that are so loud when walking up. Broken down sign. The bathroom smelled like it was mopped with old dirty water. I might start using another app than ******* because this deserves a 3.0 rating at most. There was people fighting, playing radio and being so loud from early afternoon to early morning. I will not be booking this place again. Gross!

The hallway in front of the room had a wierd dip and the room was missing a blackout drapes and the room had to much light coming into the room.
