It was incredibly hot in Phoenix in September, but the air conditioning worked well and I had no problems. I had read reviews saying that the air conditioning in the hallways and other areas wasn't working and it was hot, so I was worried, but it worked fine and I didn't feel hot at all. The room was clean and nice. It's only one train stop from the airport, and there's a free shuttle bus, so I think the access is very good. Although I didn't use it this time, the shuttle bus driver was very friendly and said, ”Let us know anytime,” which was great. Despite being close to the airport, there was no noise, and it was a comfortable stay.

The hotel is in the city center and the location is very good! The equipment is very new, there is a shopping mall behind the hotel, shopping is convenient, there are few Chinese people nearby, the outdoor terrace on the second floor of the breakfast hotel feels very delicious. I solved it at a nearby Japanese restaurant in the evening, and there is Starbucks near 200 meters. All of this is very good, the only bad thing is that there is no boiled water, but most hotels in the United States do not, especially this place with few Chinese.

Recommended by a colleague, surprisingly nice. Considering the reasonable price, the location is perfect, just few minutes away from the international airport, and there’s a 24 hours free shuttle Think the hotel was recently renovated and it’s clean and neat. Btw the vending machines are right next to the reception, just in case jet lag in the middle of the night

Everything else is fine, but don't ask for parking in the hotel! Parking at valet42 is on the street downstairs; self park is at someone else's office building a block away, and they only charge 20 a day, but the hotel charges 32 😓😓😓🤬🤬🤬 I can't understand this practice of pocketing extra fees...

The room is nice and tidy, and it comes with a washing machine, dryer, a functional kitchen, a dishwasher, a fridge, a microwave, etc. It is also suitable for long stays.

The room is large, the space is separated, the facilities are very user-friendly, that is, breakfast is a little expensive and acceptable.

Very interesting hotel with history. Visited every floor to check out background of the hotel. It was like a museum. Good 5 min walk to Mortgage event ctr. Resturants & pubs around. No parking facility for hotel but parked bout 5 min from place on W. Monroe where you can go in and out. Some parking facilities you can't go in and out for one price. Yes I would stay their again as the staff was very friendly & easy to talk to.

They only do housekeeping every other day, even after I have requested daily housekeeping twice at the front desk and they have agreed. I only stayed for two nights, so I don't get what I want.

It's in downtown Phoenix, the surrounding environment is nice, and the facilities are also good. Due to a change in plan, I needed to check out one day in advance. I communicated with Ctrip several times before the free cancellation date, but failed. Ctrip seemed to have booked through another channel and had no say. When I tried to communicate with the front desk when checking in, the waiter had a bad attitude and coldly refused.

It was a cute hotel with a nice concept. The rooms were clean but didn’t have as many amenities as normal. The neighbors next door were loud but hotel staff was kind enough to tell them to pipe down. Overall a pleasant stay
