V Beach Resort

Όμορφο μέρος πολύ κοντά στην παραλία έχει τη δική του πισίνα στο ξενοδοχείο. Πολύ όμορφο και εξυπηρετικό. Το φαγητό του προσωπικού δεν είναι μακριά όπως στην αγορά τροφίμων και πολύ κοντά στο Patong λατρεύει το μέρος.

Αυτό το μέρος ήταν ωραίο, τέλεια τοποθεσία στο Πατόνγκ. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό, το μπάνιο ήταν εντάξει. Ακόμα όλα ήταν καθαρά. Οι εργαζόμενοι στη ρεσεψιόν ήταν πολύ καλοί και βοήθησαν με όποιον τρόπο μπορούσαν. Ωραία μικρή σύσταση.

Υπάρχουν όλα καινούργια στο ξενοδοχείο 😍 Νέα έπιπλα, λευκά είδη, κλιματισμός και πετσέτες κ.λπ. Και είναι υπέροχο! Το προσωπικό είναι πολύ φιλικό και παρέχει καλή εξυπηρέτηση. Από το ξενοδοχείο μέχρι την παραλία είναι μόνο δύο λεπτά με τα πόδια 😃 Όμορφη μεγάλη πισίνα και περιοχή με γέφυρες, φοίνικες και λουλούδια. Τα κρεβάτια είναι μαγικά, πολύ άνετα. Το δωμάτιο διαθέτει ψυγείο, βραστήρα, νερό, καφέ, στεγνωτήρα μαλλιών, μεγάλη τηλεόραση smart. Ωραίο άνετο μπαλκόνι. Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα αυτό το ξενοδοχείο.

WARNING!!! DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! We booked for 9 nights and ended up staying for the 1 night (we had no choice as it was 10pm, had it been earlier in the day we wouldn't have even stayed there an hour) we booked this as a pre wedding getaway with our 3 year old son and wanted to make it special before our big day. We arrived to find a man in reception with all lights off, and when we pulled up, he quickly turned on the lights. The smell in there was really funky and wasn't very welcoming. He gave me a piece of paper with names and personal details on and asked if that was me. Anyone could have claimed to be someone and taken our room. No form of GDPR. He asked for a deposit even though it wasn't mentioned in the booking. We was then allocated our room which this young boy came to carry a suitcase for us but didn't know where he was going. When we got to the room, he unlocked the door. However, the door was that tight in the door frame it was jammed shut. He had to barge with significant force from his shoulder and foot at the same time. This meant we couldn't shut the door when he left without booting the door really hard and was worried for damaging the property and getting charged for it. The bed sheets were dirty with hair and make up like they've not been changed. The towels had brown stains like someone had wiped their back side on it and left it on purpose. There was a used condom with stuff still in it, inside the safe. The bathroom was infested with small black bugs marching up and down the tiles. The shower didn't work, no water was coming through and even worse there was a junction box 6 inches to the side of the shower with no gland in it which meant condensation and splashes could of gone into it and made contact with live wires 240v. It was potentially that dangerous we could not stay there, esp with a 3 year old. The balcony was wobbly. It was rickety 3x1 timber and was only held together by a 50mm angled bracket to the concrete floor that was also cracked. This is a disaster waiting to happen. No chance in hell would we allow our son or anyone near that balcony. The pool looked so dirty like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Things were floating on it. After having to deal with all of that, we struggled with the smell of sewage and garbage. We reported this to reception, and 3 young kids came to our room, no older than 13 years old to change our bedding. Then a man also came in without knocking whilst smoking his cigarette in front of our 3 year old and blowing his smoke in our direction. We asked for a room change as everything was disgusting however to be told they had no more rooms available YET checking 2 different websites for this hotel, there were 2 other rooms available to book online. When we checked out in the morning at 10am, we saw a whole row of empty rooms upstairs and downstairs. It was highly likely they had more family rooms available but didn't want to offer. We spoke to trip.com and was advised it was down to the hotel to offer a refund as it was not as described. The hotel then said it was down to trip.com to refund. No one wanted to help, not even a partial refund like 25% of the booking or anything. They were only bothered about keeping our money and not providing the service as described. False advertising! DO NOT STAY HERE. Other low rated reviews are telling the truth! Instead, we booked somewhere else the night we arrived as we were left with no choice and weren't going to let this ruin our holiday. SORT YOURSELF OUT V BEACH! Everyone has been warned. Do not waste your time and money.

We went by the pool and it was ******, the complex is nice but it is next to a landfill and the service is poorly educated.

Unfortunately I booked 4 nights but stayed only 1 night. The water at bathroom was terribly smelly and the bad smell spreaded to the room, so I decided to leave V Beach. I asked for refund but they refused. Trip.com did an awesome decision. Trip.com refunded me almost all the amount of my 3 nights. Trip.com were very very fast on answering my emails in order to find a solution. I have no words to thank trip.com. About V each resort I think the manager and the staff are doing everything possible to make you feel at home. I think the smell of the water wich made me leave the resort might have been an exceptional event. But I didn't have time to stay longer to see if the smell would cease on the following days. I'm sorry that the manager wouldn't accept to refund me. I was ready to negotiate even a symbolic amount. Pity. Never mind. By the way the room was very clean
