Overall ok but at night a bit noisy because can hear people talking/partying from other room after 12am

This is my first time in Phuket and I must say this hotel was beyond expectations. For the price that I paid around MYR500 per night, it was such a value for money. The location itself is perfect, it's in Patong but quite a distance away from the noisy Bangla Road. The hotel is right next to a hill, and u can just walk to Bangla Road or rent a bike. There's plenty of shops right next door. So it's very convenient. It's a new hotel. And it was so gorgeous. Highly recommended

Booked Dinso Resort & Villa for my GF Bday as well as Anniversaries.
Dinso Resort & Villa have been the top 5 best hospitality out of so many Hotel & Resort I went to.
Dinso is aware of my celebrations beforehand due to email, they arranged for not 1 but 2 full cake size as a gift for our special event, as well as the complimentary decorations on bed and complimentary chocolate.
Dinso have given us late check out at 2pm as the front host is aware of our flight at late night.
No regrets, Dinso will always be my go to when I’m back in Patong.
Dinso is near to Patong / ****************** as well, 10mins walk.
Nearby there is lots of Thai Local Food.
The resort vibes in Dinso is great as well for Couples / Families.

Can not hold the standard in sense of service ans staff. Well stylish equipped place but cheap materials.
Resume: good look and feel…. Improvements in quality of what somebody defines as clean or higher quality material standard

The place is cozy and quiet however the rooms are dimly lit and housekeeping can still improve the cleanliness of the room especially the bathroom area. Overall, I would still consider going back again.

Overall the hotel is amazing - good location in the middle of Patong, amazing breakfast selection (they have a fresh fruit bar where they slice up fruits!!!!) and gorgeous hotel.
Room was a bit dirty, there was muddy footprint at the side of the bed which wasn’t cleaned from the start of our stay to the end (we were there for about 3 nights). There was also a strand of thick black hair under the bedsheet, wasn’t removed as well throughout our stay.
Will stay at this hotel again and recommend to people despite the dirty floor and hair situation!

Good and pretty rooms, can sleep 5 person. But abit far from the hustle, however nearby many 7-11. Service is good, help me to book tuk tuk and also my massage resevations.

Architecture style good for IG photo taking (some construction still going on to make it even better)
Location near to beach n shopping (hotel hv shuttle service)
Children friendly
Dinso Resort blessed with excellent service staff that always put on a smile, that helps to bring people back to stay.
Restaurant food list delicious
Our room is big, view is great - Seaview
Few point for hotel to improve:
1) toilet seat have stain that can't be removed
2) table too small to and only 1 chair. As we call for roo.m service but no where can we seat to eat we are a group of 4 people, so we have to stand n eat our meal.
3) the air con sometime let out some unpleasant smell (guess is the drainage.)
4) when rain the front door will hv pool of water but later on the put a towel to stop the rain water getting into the room.
Overall Dinso is great will stay again
