A little surprised how this place is highly rated. We were there at 1pm and the room wasn't ready which was ok since we were early. Went for a stroll around the area and returned at 220pm but only managed to check in at 315pm which was over an hour after check in time. We were feeding mosquitoes while sitting there. Waited another 10 mins after check in for the shuttle buggy. Was brought to our room and it doesn't really look like the photos. Floor was dusty and powdery. Balcony facing the opp side's corridors. And most of the rooms were under renovation. Explains the dusty floors. Fresh paint smell coming from other rooms and drilling could be heard. Only the view from the restaurant makes up for the other areas that were lacking. Breakfast was alright, better than expectations but in other aspects it's all below expectations.

Fabulous exterior structure overlooking the beautiful Phuket beach and ocean. Stunning view at breakfast restaurant at top level next to the pool.
Friendly staff, generally helpful.
Room is spacious
However old furniture, chipping off here and there… limited power sockets, far from bed.
Need internal shuttle bus to move between lobby and room. Certain floor no lifts, pull your luggage Over the stairs!
Hard bed. 2 pillows and 1 bath towel for couple guests.
Cheaper hotels nearby has comfy bed, 4 pillows and 2 sets of towels…
this hotel is amazing yet disappointing in many ways

ห้องเหม็นอับมาก นอนแทบไม่ได้เลยเพราะเหม็นสุดๆ ในห้องไม่มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ปลั๊กไฟยังหายาก แล้วห้องอยู่ไกลจาก front ไปไกลมากๆ มีรถรับส่ง เรียกรถได้ แต่ก็ไม่โอเค ห้องที่ได้บันไดสูงชันหากมีกระเป๋าหนักลำบากมากค่ะ

In a word “RUN”! As fast as you can. This place has Zero customer service. I had to wait 3 hours to check in, even though their checking time states 2pm, we could only check in by 5pm on the day. Their food is horrible! I swear, I could throw a hole in the ground with the chicken wings they served me! What’s worse is that you will not get a refund for this place if you checkout early, and trip.com customer service can do nothing, even if you’re a diamond tier member. Avoid this place at all costs! Save yourself the trouble and the drama.
Note: the rooms are not as advertised on trip.com. The space has amazing potential, but never have I ever encountered such rude people in the service industry.

I’ve booked via for 2 people and I already called to reservation to add an extra person with include extra bed and breakfast. They are accepted my requests and I can pay direct for extra cost at the hotel. I arrived to the hotel and did checked in at 23:00hrs. They said I have to wait the room as they were not assign my room yet. We have waited for room around 1 hrs at lobby. Finally, we reached the room at midnight and we were very surprised that no extra bed setup in our room. We are very tired and we called to reception and they said a few minute then hangup the phone!!!! Finally they arrive 00:25AM but it’s too late for us so we are very tired for long drive and we slept in one bed for 3 pax.
Moreover as we slept late last night we went to the breakfast at 10:00hrs. Luckily, we still have time 30 minute to enjoy breakfast. When we arrived at the restaurant nobody escort us to a table or even find some free table for us but that’s fine we can took care ourselves. Then we were surprised again when we asked some favor to staff. All we are know the breakfast finish at 10:30 but just 5 mins later 10:35 I asked for refill water in my tiny breakfast glass but staff said can order at the bar!! What is the hell here!!! Everything in buffet line was clean even water. At 10:35hrs. I just asking for some more water but their staff refuse to service me, he said it’s no more I have to order from the bar which additional charge. It not make sense

It was a good experience in general, but it was not the same as the pictures. The lobby is very hot. There is no air conditioning. I advise you to come at check-in or a little before because you will be waiting in the very hot lobby. It is 30 minutes away from Bangla Street. The road is good but a little dark.... but swimming and the view are wonderful. Try to get a room in Building 4, the view is better... In general, the experience is very good... It would have been better if they had added a frequency transfer to Bangla Street

Poor service, hotel was under construction such a bad noise whole day.
Staff was very rude. Don’t let us check in until 3:00 pm even check in time was 2:00
